My friends and I went shopping and went into earth bound. We were looking around for a little bit and two of my friends bought something. Well one was checking out we got asked if we had saw a ring because the tag was still there but not the ring. All of us had said no and we left after my friend was done checking out. Went up to sephora for a little and walked back down for the lady to call us back into the store. Saying she knew we took the ring and just hand it back over and there would be no problems. None of us had took the ring and we had told her. She then started to get hostile and saying the other couple in the store at the time with us, and the employee said we were the only ones around the area. Again, there was lots of jewelry around the rings and none of us had even looked at the rings just the bracelets and the necklaces. We were yelled at and accused in the middle of the store. We emptied out our pockets, bags, purses, bras and just it all on the floor. There was no ring. My friend had bought a bag from there when we were in there and the tag had fell out of her bag because thats where she put it after purchasing and she said “Thats an earth bound tag” assuming she took something else or that she had the ring. After emptying everything and still being accused it was embarrassing. The lady that accused us wasn’t even in the store when we got in there and their only proof was we were around the area. We asked for them to check the cameras to prove we were innocent but they didn’t care. She brought in the mall security guard. We told him we didn’t have the ring, and to please have them check the cameras. Again, nothing was done. He said it is whatever her choice is and if she thinks we took it then its her choice for us to be banned. None of us wanted to be banned because we all really enjoy that store. I have been shopping there for years and sent lots of money there. They said if we ever go in there again we will be arrested for trespassing. this isn’t even a review for the store, but simply the manager (her name is either jessy or nicky, long dark hair w/ tattoos down her arms). my friends and i went into earthbound at midrivers and two of us bought things (more than $20 for each of us), and as i was checking out she asked if any of us had seen a $3 ring. we said no, because we didn’t touch any of them, just looked and moved on. we left and went to sephora, came back downstairs to leave, and got stopped by her and was told we weren’t allowed to leave until we gave her the ring that we “stole”. we emptied out pockets, everything we had bought had been opened so they could look, and as you guess they found absolutely nothing! yet she still argued with us in front of the whole store saying that we stole. we even ASKED for them to check the cameras, and all she said was the security would check (they did not). the security guard even said he couldn’t do anything if there was no proof and she still banned us. over a ring. that we didn’t steal. please explain to me why we would want to steal a small cheap ring when every single one of us have jobs to afford it, and we visibly had plenty of money on us?? disrespectfully there is NO reason to be falsely accusing teenagers WITH ZERO PROOF...

this place has some really cool and interesting things however I really wish their price point was definitely something more feasible for their general clientele. It just seems like a lot of things are way overpricedin comparison to what you can get for it for those same things that other locations and random different stores. Unless they are charging because it's convenient since all of those unique items are in one location. Something to possibly consider I love the selection however I don't like their prices. the organization of the store and cleanliness definitely made it so much easier for me to find the things I was looking for. And the staff definitely seemed like they were nice. I didn't really get to interact with them much of course since I actually knew what I was going in there for found it in purchased it and was well about my way but from my limited interaction with them they definitely were nice...
