Absolutely terrible. Boyfriend went in to buy a toy I had shown him. He is not from our country and in his country you can return toys if they havent been used. He grabbed the wrong item. The item he did grab was $75 more then what it costs online to purchase. So maybe they should compare prices with online. I have spent an ass load of money in this store over the years. I feel like they could have worked with me and gave the difference in store credit so I could have purchased something I would use. I wasn't asking for my money back, I wasn't trying to exchange... I was wanting them to fix the difference. That is so absurd for an item to be 2/3 higher... I wish I could sell the thing online but id only get $30 of...

IF AT ALL POSSUBLE GO SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE LEFT WHEN CHUCKIE CHEESE DID! I CALLED TO VERIFY THEY WOULD BE OPEN, THEY TOLD ME YES BUT THE POS WAS DOWN, AND IT WAS CASH ONLY. NO PROBLEM! 25 MIN DRIVE. AND AS I HAD MY SELECTION EEADY TO PURCHASE... WITH CASH.. SHE ACTED LIKE SHE WAS HAPPY AND SMIRKY! LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE TO DO A JOB THAT SHE WAS HIRED TO DO.. Not cool,...she made no attemp5 to take cash in anyway. It was ut of the question... SHE DINT EVEN TRY.. IM NOT UPSET I DROVE 25 MINS TO BE TOLD TO KICK ROCKS. After i did ny due diligence and called ahead. To verify... im upset because she made ZERO...

If you're looking for great vibes, both literally and figuratively, this is the place for you. Atmosphere is so important in adult shops, and this location is fantastic. It's bright, clean, and well-organized. Most importantly the staff is terrific. The manager is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and has created a very comfortable environment. The variety is outstanding, too! Literally every category I could think of was represented and well-stocked with a range of price points. I'm so glad we have this store...
