TLDR: Waited 35 min for 2 small items that were old, called and came back, got more food than i asked for and all of it was wrong. I’m new to the area but I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and it’s been fine in the past. Tonight was extra busy, but it looks like they had a lot of people working. Two people on each side and grill a manager walking around sometimes, but not all the time Not helping but with a phone in her hand and one or two people in drive-through. I enter the parking lot and place my order in the app at 7 PM. Waiting inside there are a lot of other people just waiting. They all look really bored and kind of frustrated. Just staring at the counter. the employee who does bring food up to the to go bench doesn’t call out the name except he does call at one, but then no one else’s. So every time all the people in the lobby of which there are about 8 to 10 at any given time to come up and check the bag to see if it’s their name. People are starting to talk about this as it’s taking so long. There’s nothing else to do. An employee comes back from the bathroom and doesn’t wash their hands before putting on gloves and starting to help. The manager walks around with her phone disappears and has never seen again. A few extra people join the grill team to help but no food is really coming out. Finally two or three people get their orders all about five minutes apart. Somebody in the back can be heard saying don’t take the drive-through order until I tell you. at 7:35. A bag goes up and i go read my name. I get out into the car and immediately the first bite out of my cheesy bean and rice burrito and I’m crunching on hard rice. hurts my teeth so I called the store and the guy said you can come back and get that remade. I say hey man I’m not sure I want to the drive-through has like eight cars in it and I just waited 30 minutes for my food. He says we will make it right away. Just come up to the counter. so I come into the counter and the employee has been putting the bags up there ignores me. Finally, the guy on the other side of the grill makes eye contact with me and comes over because he sees the burrito in my hand. He says he will remake it. I say thank you. I wait for a few minutes and he gives me a bag. immediately the bag feels super heavy like either. There’s more than one item or they made a huge burrito. I get out to my car and there are two burritos. They are both cheesy bean and rice or attempts at them. One is super skinny and doesn’t have nearly enough in it and it’s mostly beans and rice and only a tiny bit of one of the sauces. the other is absolutely massive, with about 85% beans. the first three bites I just spit out because it was all bean. I kept biting to see if there was anything else and finally I tore the whole thing open. A bunch of the sauce and the rice was in the other end all bean in one end and absolutely no cheese sauce. so I called the store and said no thanks on the remake. I’m just gonna leave a google review. I received the second order at about 7:50 PM. 50 minutes after I entered the parking lot. The pic shown is of the second big one with all bean in one end.

This is second time in a month that I have placed an online order for pick up in store and when I get there the doors are locked. They tell me to go through the drive through. There is a long line and if I wanted to wait in that line to pick up food I would not have ordered online. This is a waste of my time. If you offer in store pickup as an option you need to honor that ore remove it from you app and website. GARBAGE.

This is second time in a month that I have placed an online order for pick up in store and when I get there the doors are locked. They tell me to go through the drive through. There is a long line and if I wanted to wait in that line to pick up food I would not have ordered online. This is a waste of my time. If you offer in store pickup as an option you need to honor that ore remove it from you app and website. GARBAGE.

The lady working the window was really great. She was running the whole front and there was people in the back. Talk about multitasking... This woman was on the ball!! Not only was she super friendly, energetic, motivated, and super nice, but she also did not mess up our order. In addition to all the tasks she was already doing; she was also taking the drive-thru orders while doing every else with a smile on her face. This was the best Taco Bell I have ever been to!!! I will recommend it to friends and I will tell everybody about my great experience here. Also the woman staff went above and beyond just to make me feel welcome. If I was the manager of that store; I would give the lady who worked at the window during the day of April 23rd, 2016 around 2 or 2:30. She has blonde hair & she has a pretty smile but I didn't catch her name. Also the food at this Taco Bell actually looks like the pictures on the video which is crazy because I've never had that happen before but is Taco Bell usually expect to get what you pay for however this Taco Bell goes above and beyond and I love their Frito burrito you can get a chili cheese burrito and add Fritos for $0.25 and it's so good love their dollar menu selections like I got my son a cheese roll up a chicken quesadilla and this little cinnamon twists and me and my husband got a bunch of crunchy tacos and I got another dollar menu thing three layer nachos and it was $13 for like eight items and it's because we got sour cream on all the tacos and that'll add up but we just going to Panera Bread Co yesterday and it was $14 for one person to eat so this place is definitely more cost-efficient and for a young family just starting out with a two year old I think this is actually a pretty decent place to go where you don't have to pay a lot of money to...

Every single Taco Bell drive thru I have been in as an overnight doordasher in the last week has been horrible. Each location is incredibly understaffed while demand is high. Some locations seem to be closing whenever the workers choose to which leads to doordashers being unable to pick up orders to deliver which really messes with our earnings and ratings. This location tonight was especially horrid. I placed an online order thinking it would be a quick ordeal but when I got there the drive thru line was backed up to the extent that I could barely enter the parking lot. People could not pull out of their parking spaces and exit the lot. After sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes to an hour the staff did not address me well at the speaker box or at the drive thru window. My order was not ready or maybe wasn’t even started after over an hour of placing it and no one was being helped in the drive thru causing even worse traffic. This doesn’t seem to be the workers fault, each location has been incredibly understaffed and management/cooperate needs to do something about this if they’re going to force locations to be one of few fast food places open late. Tonight I decided for the first time in 5 years to get Taco Bell after working all day and instead of grabbing it quickly and going home I had to sit there with no help from staff for some food that wasn’t even made correctly. I can’t imagine how many of those people in line were just doordashers trying to do their job which they do not get paid to do hourly. I feel bad for the staff for such a stressful and hostile environment since they clearly do not have enough people to run the restaurant and everyone who wants food past midnight...
