First I ordered online so would not have much of wait outside sitting in line well the line was short had 3 cars in front of me. Took 20 min to get onto speaker. Get to speaker I’m told hold. Wait another 6-8 min then was told to pull around no explanation nothing. I said I’m just picking up my mobile order. Guy says ok pull around. Get to window manager is there and looks as somebody was working on registers so assuming that’s the hold up. Manager says one min and goes to make my food. I get my food and of course I’m checking cause no time to get home after the over 30 min wait just to be disappointed. So I briefly open wings yea I ordered 12 honey bbq wings and when I say the amount of sauce they give is sad BUT I was smart and ordered extra side of sauce cause this not my 1st time ordering them and seeing how looks like they are trained to just drizzle little sauce on them instead of tossing them to completely cost wings as the advertisement shows is beyond me. So no sauce in bag no ranch sauces as ordered in there either. Do y’all know I say ans blew my horn knocking on window for another 5-10 min trying to get someone’s attention to get my sauce I paid for…yea they charge for extra wing sauce smh. Every single employee looked me dead in my face while I was waving my hands for them to come to window and they all acted as if I was not even there. One even came to window looked at me didn’t open the window just mouthed something to other employees and walked away. I was 2 secs from getting out and banging on their door like the police. Just rude. An older man came looked like he just washed dishes so told him what needed he tried giving me the packets of sauce I say no not the same sauce so he tried to go make it he couldn’t find containers. Manager finally comes back and I tell him he forgot my extra honey bbq he gets it and but replies like it was absurd for me to want my extra sauce. I asked for the ranch too of course they were out as all the Popeyes says their workers give out hand fulls when shouldn’t and that’s why they were out. I drove off and to make things worse soon as turned corner on their lot to a big stupid hole in their parking lot tore my car up ripped the bottom part of bumper guard off cause car sank and hit concrete so hard. Definitely hear noise now under car scared to even take to shop to see what’s wrong. Popeyes is. It going to pay for it so why waste time calling them to complain. So yea Popeyes needs to shut their stores down and RETRAIN REHIRE AND REVAMP!!!! it’s sad I worked in fast food for 17 years and never did this to customers. Food is made how should be and how I would feed it to my loved ones. Customer service A1 cause it’s a job YOU signed up to do so never understood the lack of customer service from people when they applied for the job. Read moreThis location was fantastic before covid, used to come all the time. After covid the old management and staff are no longer working there and it shows. I've given them a shot here and there since but this will definitely be the last time I come back to this location. First at the drive thru speaker I was placing my order and they only had sprite or lemonade for drink choices, they were out of everything else. When placing my order I had ordered 2 of the 3 combos I intended to order when I was given a total and told to pull around. I explained that I'm not done with ordering yet, and the manager jumped on the speaker to finish the order. She gave me a total without reading the order back. I asked if she could read it back to me, and it was rung up incorrectly. I verified what I wanted, and she fixed it. I told her I needed blackened ranch sauce at the speaker, which she verified. At the window I was asked if I would need any other condiments, and I told her no. My food was done quickly. I checked the bags and my fries were all over in the bag. I should have two bags of fries, but I could only see one, and no dipping sauce. So I parked, got out with the food and went inside. When I explained to the manager I was missing some items, she gave me a real ugly look. I said I'm missing a fry and sauce. With an attitude she told me that there are two fries in your bag. When I looked again, I could see an empty fry bag underneath the other fry bag, with the loose fries covering it... I said it does look like I have two fries, but I need the sauce. They gave it to me, no apology. Got the order home which I live less than a mile away, and the food was cold and stale. No wonder I got the order quickly, it had been sitting around for who knows how long. Read moreI used to like coming to this location because of the awesome staff members who work here but after my experience today with the owner, I will never go back. I come through quiet often and most of the staff knows me by name and even the owner has come to know me from seeing me often. I use a coupon off their app most of the time as I come in.
Tonight I came through the drive through and ordered and had a coupon. When reaching my home I had instead of 5 normal chicken strips, I had 6 half size ones. They looked like the popcorn ones they used to sell. So I took everything back and when reaching the window, the owner was waiting. I explain that I got 6 small pieces and he explained that he gave me 1 extra and that was all he had. I said they are only half the size of the regular ones and he said that's why I got an extra and that was all he had.
At this point I realized why he gave me the small ones as he questioned why I always use a coupon. I said I use the ones that are issued to me by the application. He says I should only have one a month and I said I only use what they offer me. He then asked why I use coupons so often and that I shouldn't get so many. He said he made me new strips in replace of the new ones but at this point I seen he had an issue with me using coupons.
I said I wanted a refund and he insisted I take what he made to replace my order. The staff member swiped my card and kept apologizing about what happened.
