Windsor — Local services in Saint Peters

I love Windsor as a brand but this store is by far the worst of all their stores I’ve been to (and I’ve been to ones in other states). First I come in and grab an arms full worth of clothes just to find out the dressing rooms are closed. They were open at one point during covid so I politely asked one of the employees if she could open one for me. She said that they were all closed due to “lack of staff”. Each time I come to this location there is only 2 people working , and today there was only 2 people working so I’m not sure why they couldn’t open a room if they’ve opened them RECENTLY in the past. I proceed to “eye” my clothes and reluctantly decide on a purchase that I wasn’t able to try on. I get to the register and the cashier is on a personal call, so she does not greet me, nor say thank you when I check out. As I am about to leave the store, the alarm goes off because the distracted cashier failed to remove my security tags. Just an overall bad experience in the store that reflects negatively on the brand. I hope the manager here can get this...

Went in to buy a white dress and the employees did not greet me or ask if I needed help. One employee was on the phone the entire time. I had to wait several minutes just to get someone to open a fitting room for me. I had seen a dress up higher that I wanted to look at but I had to get an associate to reach, so I asked if they could get it down. She asked what size I needed, so after me telling her XS she informed me that “They don’t make XS in that dress”. They do and it was the front one on the rack. I have been searching all over for a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding and havent had much luck. I was able to find the perfect dress today with the help of Victoria! She was extremely helpful and came back multiple times to check on me or bring me more dresses. She gave me her honest opinions about the dresses I tried on.
