An exceptional military owned company with authentic spirits, and the most incredible story. There are no walk-in tastings which is important to know, but many liquor stores and their gift shop at the restaurant (Wed-Sat after 5) sell the product. Pretty sure they also have a limited distillery experience now which we're dying to try! The Urban Stillhouse restaurant (separate from American Freedom but sister company) is also open Weds-Sat if you want the full experience, you won't regret it. The Urban Stillhouse does bourbon tastings as well. We found all of this out from the kind hostess when stopping by outside of business hours, and she suggested finding availability on Open Table and let us look around.
