If you haven’t been to Ashe Couture in St Pete yet, you are 100% missing out and will retreat not going sooner once you check it out. It is my go-to spot to for the trendiest finds and the best brands (and just an overall amazing shopping experience). Not only are the clothes and accessories always amazing, but overall the overall feel of shopping here is just absolutely amazing. There’s always a great vibe, new styles, top brands and absolutely incredible gals working. The owner, Amanda, and the associates are always SO helpful and make sure that every time you visit Ashe it feels like a personalized curated shopping experience. (Also they have super informative insta stories and an online presence any of you online shoppers). Today Austen and Jenn were working and they both were so sweet and helpful in me finding the right sizes and providing great recommendations. Ashe has really created more than just a boutique, but a feeling of community in her store and brand. If you are in St. Pete, even if you aren't, make this your shop. I lived in St. Pete for 5 years and loved shopping here. Beachy boutique with all my favorite brands. Even moving to Miami, I continue to shop online and have been getting weekly deliveries from Ashe and MoF. This past weekend my husband and I were in town and stopped by the shop. I had pre ordered a dress, hoping it would come in before my mom's birthday weekend. I asked Amanda, the owner, when she expected delivery and it wasn't going to make it in time :( However, Amanda remembered what size I had ordered and said that she had the dress in that size with the tags still on in her closet. She dropped it off at the store the next day for me to take with me back to Miami. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! Where else can you shop and get that of individualized attention. I also have to add that the precautions they have taken during this time are above and beyond. All this while keeping a well stocked boutique of the BEST clothes in St. Pete. Unfortunately, a little disappointed with the customer service and refund policy. I placed an online order for two dresses for an event and unfortunately wasn’t able to come pick them up. My son got super sick and I missed the event entirely. I called the store to ask if I could cancel the curbside order, she said no and wasn’t friendly at all. It was like an SOS your out of luck attitude. I understand if the items left your store, your store policy is whatever you set and I would understand but to only issue store credit on an item I never picked up doesn’t seem to reasonable but the lack of understanding or friendly customer service in explaining that just really rubbed me wrong. I wished more understanding was given in this situation or at least better customer service and explanation of the return policy even if I didn’t...
