BEWARE!!! LIARS!!! I am very upset about the purchase I made at Bliss Jewelers on my trip March 2019. I bought a white gold diamond tennis bracelet. I was told that it was 1.0 total carat weight but when I returned home and had the bracelet appraised, it only has .63 total carat weight. I contacted the store and they emailed me immediately saying that they would "make me happy" and then I NEVER heard from them again. I am disappointed that I would have made a purchase from a store that isn't guaranteed by the ship I was sailing on. They were NOT on their recommended shopping list. I bought my husband a gorgeous wedding band in store that contained 5 flawless .20 point diamonds. My husband loved it. He wears it daily and receives so many compliments. I had he ring appraised once I got home. The appraiser said he had never seen such a high quality from St. Thomas in all his years of appraising.
