Hello, I just want to say I'm a long time follower of y'all since you launched. I have never been able to buy directly from the site so I've scoured thrift and consignment shops for used items. I've gotten a few items over the last few years but never NWT. Today I visited Salem, MA for the first time (came to Mass to be with my bestie, she moved here for school). I had completely forgotten that you launched a storefront in August here in Salem. So imagine my immense surprise and happiness when my husband pointed out the iconic logo sign hanging above the entrance to an old bank on Essex St. I ran over and pulled on the door but it was locked, Google said you were open but that was clearly not the case, my heart sank. Then an ethereal being came into view behind the tinted glass door. I found out later that they were the CEO. They opened the door and explained that Google didn't update the new hours yet. Awestruck by this beautiful person and saddened by the news of the new hours, i felt defeated. I guess they could see my grief and kindly said, "we're in the middle of a project but you can come in and shop." I died! Finally, I was going to see inside and touch everything I had only gazed upon for hours online.

I just wanted to say that your CEO's willingness to let us come inside felt like a private tour and personal shopping spree you only see in movies. I was, and still am, extatic! I bought the Spirit of The Dead tote and my husband bought the Salem Cat zip-up hoodie. Your staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were conversational and made us feel special, they also demonstrated inclusion and acceptance when using my correct pronouns.

Thank you so much for being you. You're team is one I'll never forget and I will cherish the tote and hoodie forever.

5 Stars – A Salem Must-See for Spooky Souls 🖤✨

The Blackcraft Cult store in Salem was one of the places I was most excited to visit—and it did not disappoint! We made it our first stop on day two of our trip, and I was immediately in heaven.

First off, I grabbed a Magic Mocha with lavender from the in-store coffee bar, and WOW—it was delicious and the perfect cozy vibe to sip on while I browsed all the dark, magical goodness.

The employees were SO kind and helpful, and the entire store was a treasure trove of goth delights. I found so many fun things and definitely walked out with more than I planned. One of my favorite finds? A sheer black dress that is going to look absolutely stunning in a future photoshoot. 😍

I was thrilled to see they had extended sizes in lots of their clothing—something you don’t see nearly enough of in alt fashion. Huge bonus points for that! I do wish some of the kids’ designs (like the Moon Child shirt and the adorable tutu dresses) came in adult and plus sizes too—they were SO cute.

The store had a killer mix of creepy-chic home decor, books, jewelry, and fashion, and the overall vibe was just chef’s kiss. Plus, the witch hanging from the ceiling? Iconic.

If you’re in Salem and love witchy, edgy, goth-inspired everything, Blackcraft Cult is an absolute must. I could’ve easily spent hours (and all my money)...

Normally, I don’t leave reviews. However, I visited Salem for the first time this past weekend. My friend and I visited Blackcraft on Sunday (9/8). From the moment we stepped in the greeter was extremely kind, informative, and helpful. I wish I would have gotten their name. The atmosphere, layout, music playlist, experience was TOP TIER. I’ve been a supporter of Blackcraft since it launched online. Back when you sold furniture on there! I soon realized once inside I had already purchased most everything online. Avid shopper! It was my friend’s first time and our floor associate Devin? (Spelling?) was incredible! Went above and beyond for us. I was the one inquiring about purchasing the big, black chair, ha ha. We also visited the coffee shop, (I got the “Good Witch”) and it was the BEST coffee I had on the trip. We enjoyed the experience so much, we wanted to thank our floor associates as we left, but didn’t want to disturb them as it was busy. We then sat outside the store and any passersby we encouraged to go in. Long way to say, 1000/10 experience and customer service. I would take a flight back just to visit this store in person again and am definitely a customer for life. Thank you for being the kindest individuals we experienced...
