So we came in during this past weekend and ur manager nick was very rude to another customer to the point me and my family of 6 who came to ur store that a friend referred me to the last time she came to Salem but after I seen the way ur so called manager treated a customer and to the point even saged her out the door and made comments walking back in about her super unprofessional and real put a sour taste in all of our mouths and do know I was there from start when the one employee rudely said to her that’s a exit u need to back out and go around when all she was trying to do was ask another women employee where something was located in your store. She wasn’t trying to cut a line and if she could of gotten through the other way to speak to the women she could have but because there was so many people in the store she wasn’t able to. I truly hope u can get his demeanor under control and I truly would of not took the time to write this but after his comment when he walked from behind the counter saying what are we gonna get a bad review that will really effect us and the customer whom he treated so poorly handled herself with a lot more grace then I ever would have having a whole store looking at me to notice what happen cause ur manager made it this known....

We continued to look around when suddenly we spotted what appeared to be a staff member holding a pile of the same sweater my cousin liked. I went up to the woman and intended to ask if she happened to have my cousins size in the pile she was holding. I started nicely by saying excuse me. Immediately the woman responded loudly and rudely saying “I DON’T WORK HERE!” For a second we were confused and stunned by this woman’s rude response and demeanor. Then we were further confused when we spotted her restocking the shelf with the pile of sweaters. We were quickly approached by another staff member who seemed apologetic? Imagine our surprise when she tells us the woman who snapped at us is the owner of the store. The employee states “she doesn’t have to work if she doesn’t want to”. Read moreSo I was visiting and the shop was very busy due to Halloween. Everything was good up until I purchased items. As I was buying I counted and estimated the price of the items. I only picked 6 items. When the gentlemen rang me up my total was $121. I was taking back because I know 5 of my items ranged from $8 -$12. The most expensive item I received was a pullover that was $29. I went back to the counter and asked what on my receipt was $39.99. The gentleman apologized for the inconvenience. The gentleman stated that the code was incorrect. He handled the situation completely mature. I was returned my money in cash. But I further did research of the items and receipt and saw that two more of my items were the same thing. Each item was supposed to be $8. But they were price definitely. So the store over charged me $5. I would have given a higher rating but the issue is that you have to pay attention to items because items in the store are marked different prices.
