Not only are the clothes they get so beautiful, great quality, and unique, but these are some of the nicest, most considerate people I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping with. I’ve ordered so much from them (not to mention I’d like to just basically live in the adorable storefront), but these people are so thoughtful. I’ve never had a bad experience! I recently ordered some skirts with almost all in the same size except for one. They reached out before shipping to make sure the size difference wasn’t by accident, and mentioned the skirt runs a bit small. They worked with me on figuring out if I should go up a size or stay with the original pick based on my waist measurements and happily helped me figure that out. No store I’ve ever shopped at has ever been thoughtful with something like that and been so happy to lend a hand! My first ever purchase, the belt to one of the dresses I ordered was missing and they promptly let me know and substituted it with a completely separate belt free of charge for the slight mishap that they thought would look very nice with the dress (it does! Looks even better than what the original missing belt would’ve looked like!). Their attention to detail and commitment to customer happiness really makes me feel like they genuinely love and care about what they do, and it’s always SUCH a pleasure shopping here. This will always be one of my go-to stores and my happy place for retail therapy! P.S. I got my favorite bag ever (a chicken-styled bag that is aptly named Chicken by myself and others) and everyone ALWAYS compliments her (it’s justified, she’s a very nice chicken), I’ve even had people ask to take pictures of it! Read moreThis store is truly one of a kind and their selection of clothing is amazing! Very unique clothes and all reasonably priced. We loved it so much Friday that we had to come back Saturday. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is the rude sales associate. My mom, sister and I probably wouldn’t have bought anything if they were the only person we interacted with, everyone else was awesome. We spent collectively over $500 in the store this weekend. This sales associate was whispering that items might go missing around us and was just completely rude in general aside from accusing us of theft. If you are going to accuse people of stealing, maybe make sure it’s not in ear shot of the rest of the party. I wanted to put the outfit I bought on after I purchased it since it was so cute (cashier told me that was fine) and this same rude associate told me the dressing rooms were all full and it would be awhile until they were available then told me to go to the public restroom. I waited anyways about 5 minutes and then found out there were rooms open the whole time when another customer came to try something on. (Sales associate has to unlock dressing room for you). Why would you not want a customer to leave in your clothes? I got multiple people asking me about my outfit walking right out of the store and I told them I just bought it at Millies. Each and every time I conduct business with them, whether I have questions or I have purchased clothing or accessories from them, I have been met with nothing but kindness, a listening ear, getting my packages very quickly, and just all around cheer! They treat me as if I am their only customer!
I don't know how they do it, but they are always completely spot on with customer service. On top of that, they carry amazing dresses, clothing, and accessories. You can tell they are very discerning with what they offer and I have, every time, gotten nothing but quality items. To say I am impressed is a huge understatement! This is perfect: when you go to buy an item of clothing, they have measured it out and put the sizing according to that specific item of clothing right there in the description of the item, and because of this, I have not had to return anything. I have bought likely over a hundred items if not close to 100 items, from them over the years!
Every single business should model theirs after Modern Millie's business model. From the way their website is set up, to the impeccable customer service, to the quality of their merchandise, I would give them 100 stars if I could!
