Top Drawer Boutique — Local services in Salem

Visited for the first time Friday afternoon (02/23/18) about 2PM. One customer was leaving just as I entered. I was inside looking about 20 minutes with no other customers shopping. There were two "clerks", the owner and an older lady. I covered the entire store. Not one word was ever spoken to me! Not hello, may we help you?...NOTHING. A nice selection of clothing, from the cheapest junk (Old Navy) to nice brands (Chico's). But because I was totally ignored I will never return. This is certainly not a way to run a small business. By the way, I'm not some bag lady, I am a well dressed, middle aged woman with plenty of extra income to shop where ever I choose. I choose "My Sister's Closet" just 2 blocks away where my experience...

I took my wife Montana and my Mother in law Alice into this delightful store. They had the best time. Not only did they find very nice clothes but they also found the best part.... the Owner... they just fell in love with her. They talked forever. Since we left there we have told everyone we know about this gem of a store. One of our friends drove straight up there to see... and loved it too. I wish we lived closer. Nice variety and here is the thing ..and I agree with my wife Montana when she said “anyone can own a store.. but not anyone can be this owner... she is one of a kind!” she was truly touched by her kind words and her genuineness” if you haven’t been to this store GO it has the greatest feeling when you walk...

This store pretty much made our trip to Salem. They have all kinds of good stuff and GREAT prices. Everyone was extremely friendly, multiple people offered to help us (who meant it), and 3 different reps went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome. The owner is doing a great job as her team was running the store like pros while she was out of town, which I only found out because we found an awesome dress for our 5yr old that didn't have a price on it. The associate at the register actually asked us what we wanted to pay (what a really nice way to approach the situation!), then sold it for less than what we suggested! If we are ever back in Salem we will Def...
