I decided to take a friend out to early dinner and introduce them to Buffalo Wild Wings in Salina, KS. I had raved about Cheese Curds with Caramel Sauce Dipping Sauce long enough. I have eaten there many times and frequent fight nights and spend a lot upon doing so. Food was delicious! Did not have Cheese Curds. Server named Cody was courteous, informative, attentive and prompt! All was well, until I needed to use restroom and wash hands. Upon entering bathroom, it was noticably filthy. I then, with urgency needed to relieve myself. I went to first stall and passed due to filth, went to next stall and it was not as bad but still passed to last stall in which I proceeded to settle for due to urgency. I relieved myself upon which discovering that there was no toilet paper; either roll! I then hesitantly scurried to next stall; no toilet paper either! I then proceeded to originally passed over filthiest stall in desperation and horror. Thankfully, there was some toilet paper! I then after which; asked to speak with Manager. Upon greeting him - I stated that I had an issue that needed his immediate attention and that I had no issue with my food or service. I then escorted him to ladies room and walked him through the filth and lack of toilet paper in midst of pandemic and that my experience within was mortifying and unacceptable. He stated that it was unacceptable and that he would address his staff immediately with no apology for my bad experience what-so-ever! I then went back to table to pay bill in full of $49.58 for mid afternoon snacks to introduce friend to place. I also tipped waitress $10.00 and proceeded to leave. I also rechecked restroom to see no change had been made! I then with frustration over the lack of addressing the issue tried to comment on main website my experience and state that despite it all; I will not return to Salina restaurant. A simple apology would have sufficed. I was bumped first attempt for unknown reason? 2nd. Attempt - again filled out comment section and until I attempted to post photos of restroom was bumped again. I then further frustrated called Hotline @ 1-866-704-0777. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. A person named Michelle finally answered and asked how to assist me. I stated that I had a complaint. I was immediately disconnected. I then called back. After approximately 4 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. I attempted a third and final try. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I threw in the towel and decided to post this review with photos and humiliate myself further by this post! Read moreNot only was this the worst BWW experience I've ever had, but also the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Here is how my experience went: Food had to be sent back twice as they got the order wrong. This took about 45 minutes to finally get it right and put in front of me (they just completely forgot to bring me back my corrected order). After that, the wings were pretty mediocre at best. I didn't want to complain as they would just take longer to get my food so I just asked for a beer on the menu. About 10 minutes later the waiter finally comes back and says they are out of that beer and suggests to pick another. Okay, I pick another and he says it will be on him (I took this as being free or he would pay for it). He brings out the beer and it was completely the wrong beer. I asked for a basic Shocktop and was given a Nitro Stout. Very hard to confuse those two but I drank it anyways (who's gonna complain about free beer?) When the bill finally came I wanted to pay on my card as I always do but he had the nerve to ask if I could just pay in cash instead because it would be easier for him. I didn't have cash so I gave him my card. Another 30 minutes later, he comes back but the bill is incorrect and I was charged for two orders of wings and he charged me for the supposedly complimentary beer. He finally got the other order of wings taken off but left the "free beer." I was done dealing with him and payed anyways.
I love BWW and go there frequently in Wichita, KS. But this one is the worst, and my friends that live in Salina have all had similar experiences. Avoid this place...
Read moreI’m a Dasher for doordash. I waited over 30 minutes for my customers order only to be told that it had to be remade. Waited longer then decided to talk to Jed, the store manager, about it. I was trying to see what was taking so long and why my customers order had to be remade. I was there before other dashers and they all left before me. I had also noticed while waiting that all the servers and hostesses had none of their hair tied up. There was a lady working in the kitchen at EXPO, who had her hair down. Long hair. So I mentioned this to Jed as well, saying if an hair was in my customers food that it would again have to be remade, and he immediately went on the defense and said I was being disrespectful and knew the protocol since I had worked there before. Protocol IS to wear your hair up if it’s passed your shoulders. He then said if I didn’t want to wait longer I should leave.
Jed was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and had zero remorse for the way he acted in front of customers. He doesn’t seem to have any type of respect towards DoorDash drivers and the fact that we are the middle man to a happy customer. The lack of acknowledging and accountability is astounding. I don’t recommend going to this establishment if you are a doordash driver, as you will be seen as a nuisance. And as for the customer, I’d advise just going to WingStop! They have amazing and...
