I took my ring in to get a larger Diamond.. going from a 1/2 carat to a 1 carat diamond.. I thought I was in good hands but in the end I feel like I was robbed and put threw the ringer. We dropped my ring off the 1st time and thought I was receiving a VS1 /E clarity diamond. Being set into my 18k white gold ring. But infact they removed my jacket off of my ring and installed it onto a 14k ring with a I/I diamond which was cracked and dammaged. I called corporate and they told me to take my ring back and that they would replace my diamond.I paid another $850 to have them change my diamond again. I still didn't get what I was buying. I got another cracked and damaged si/i instead of a VS1/E that I thought I was getting. They talk fast and confuse you there.. so beware.. they stripped my gold in my jacket as well.. and now I have to take my ring to a different jewelry store and try to get my ring fixed back to the way it was.. or the way we were trying to get it.. take pictures of your jewelry and document what your dropping off, before you go there.. or just don't go there... bad business. The manager was in control of my whole transaction. I think corporate should investigate...

I would highly recommend Riddles to anyone who is looking for engagement rings or even just rings in general. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They treated me like a real person and not just someone who they want to sell rings to. They even found the perfect ring and diamond for my soon to be fiancé and were more then happy to work within my budget.
