EZ Pawn & Jewelry — Local services in Salisbury

EZ Pawn & Jewelry is by far the best experience I have ever had in a pawn shop. I have been using pawn shops for 30+ years for all manor of toys and fun finds. I was told to try these guys and drove from Waxhaw to see what all the hype was about. I have never felt so comfortable and confident that I have gotten the best product for the best price! This trip I was looking for some jewelry, which I have always purchased direct form jewelers. They usually make you feel like you will never know as much as them (stupid really) and always charge you over price. Its rare you leave feeling great about your purchase. These guys not only took their time and showed me multiple items but not once did i feel pressured to hurry. Once I decided on a piece they did an acid test in front of me to show the quality of the gold! As I looked I found two other pieces and they gave me a screaming deal on all three! 👍👍 TWO THUMBS UP!!! Both the owner and sales associate were a pleasure to do business with. I had a few items to sell one of which I didn’t know anything about. It was 5 minutes till closing but that didn’t matter. The owner took the time to go through each item in detail. Meanwhile the associate was working hard trying to find any information he could for the item that I didn’t know anything about. Customer Service is OUTSTANDINGLY AWESOME. I initially called to from the parking lot to see if the purchased the type of item I was trying to sell. From the initial call, to going inside and speaking with the gentlemen I doubt I was there more than 20 minutes. It was a quick, easy and pleasant experience.
