I called about 5 different florists that "claimed" they were located in Salisbury, but come to find out, I was being re-routed to call centers in other parts of the country. That was extremely frustrating and disappointing because I know absolutely nothing about flowers/plants and needed to talk to an actual florist for a funeral arrangement. I even called one florist whose name I won't mention but begins with an "H" and he told me he would NOT deliver to the address because the neighborhood was dangerous! Really?? We tried switching it up, but again she kept making it seem difficult or impossible due to a silk flower shortage. It wasn't her inventory issue that made me not want to give her my business, it was her reluctancy to work with me. I thanked her for her time and left. We called Flower Town in Salisbury and asked if they had a silk flower shortage, and she said no. I called on 6/11 to see if we can get a bridal bouquet made for next week (very last minute I admit). I completed understand not being able to make it in the time allotted.
