Amtrak Station - SLC — Local services in Salt Lake City

To be honest, the station itself was the smallest building ever, and there were several problems like the fact that they were closed to the public during the day so we were forced to wait in the snow, etc. The establishment itself, I give a 1 star; The employees that work there went above and beyond! One employee in particular, named Greg, took it upon himself to help us in our hour of need.

Our car was broken down a d we didn't have enough cash for tickets home. Greg took the time to help us find tickets we could afford and kept checking in with us to make sure everything was going okay.

If possible it would be zero! Being dropped off at 3AM with absolutly no help,standing in the cold, no service from Taxi, uber, lift, gogo grandparent. Handycap, with bags a cane and am told to go out by the road by blueline and stand. Until I could find a way home. Another gal 70 was going through bags to see if she could liten her load to move it up by bus, or trax. Simply rediculous. California thru Nevada great ride. Utah worst place ever.
