My son and his wife lost their 4 year old son just after Christmas. The receptionist on the phone is what sold us on going in. She was very helpful and informative. Everywhere else we called were just not as welcoming. We don't now the tattoo culture or world but she made my son feel welcome and wanted. She told us to just come down so we did a "walk in" to get my grandson's name tattooed on our wrists. They were so kind and professional and clean. It's s bit daunting to get a tattoo but they really put us at ease. No "biker bar" or "rough crowd" feeling at all but a bright happy atmosphere. We have found a trusted place to come back to if we ever do this again. Our tattoos were simple lettering and they look fantastic! My grandson's name is clean, sharp lines that are exactly what we wanted. James was out tattoo artist. He was pleasant and gentle and talked us thru the whole process and did exceptionsl work! They are taking extra precautions to be safe during Covid. First when you walk in they have you use hand sanitizer, then they take your temperature as well as your tattoo artist. As for the experience, Matt did my tattoo. It was my first and he explained everything so it was easy to understand. I was a little vague on how I wanted my tattoo so he showed me different options. We ended up changing the layout but it looks even better than I ever imagined it. Before he started with the ink, he did a little line to be sure I was okay and to know what to expect. I was visiting my boyfriend in Utah from New Hampshire and wanted to get a tattoo of a drawing that my dad did. I made an appointment with Nick and it was perfect. The tattoo was done on my chest, which I was nervous about for a number of reasons, but Nick made me so comfortable. He was calm and very friendly, he allowed my boyfriend to come back with me and chatted with both of us the whole time. After it was done, he answered all my questions and gave me advise on how to take care of it. The tattoo is healed now (about a month later) and I love it so much.
