I would strongly advise against working with this venue. Read venue wedding wire.com reviews. The experience was incredibly disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. Ashlee, in particular, was unreliable and had poor communication. Despite her signing our contract, she backed out the day before the event due to not scheduling staffing or rentals in our contract. We had a signed contract in place and had been planning this for two weeks. The manager was fully aware of the tight turnaround required for the event. The final contract, delayed on the manager's side, was not received to me signed by her until the Thursday before the event.

If I hadn’t called her the day before, Im certain my team, our guests and vendors would have arrived at the event space the next day only to find that the venue had canceled the event.

She took no accountability and did nothing to resolve the situation. I was willing to work with her, but she simply washed her hands of it and claimed there was nothing she could do and was extremely unprofessional. I should have seen the signs as she was always confusing details for my event with others. No doubt about it, Publik Space is the best event venue in Salt Lake City! Local 81, the Salt Lake City Firefighters union, has hosted several charity fundraisers here over the years, including an annual Burn Camp pancake breakfast, a fundraiser supporting child & adolescent burn survivors.

She and her staff go above and beyond to provide space availability and to make sure every detail is perfect.
