I love Odd Lots, it’s such a perfect addition to the neighborhood, especially after both Chegoya’s and the Dollar Tree closed, leaving East Central without any sort of market. The owner is always exceptionally warm and welcoming, and for being located in a small space, they somehow manage to have a wide selection of items I actually want to buy, and the prices are substantially lower than I ever would have guessed. Odd Lots is friendly, it’s easy to want to make a quick stop in on the way home, they’re the type of people I want to give my business to. What a wonderful little place! The owners are lovely, sincere people who really want to bring the neighborhood together and they offer a surprisingly large array of items for such a small space. There's everything from high-end makeup to slightly bruised produce and all at excellent prices. I've noticed they always seem to throw in a little something extra with every purchase, especially with shoppers who look like they might really be counting every dollar. Really cool local discount grocery store! Had an opportunity to talk to TJ and he is super cool. The mission and motivation behind this joint is really rad. Trying to pass savings along to the local community is a really admirable thing. Tons of cool items for a great price! Will definitely be stopping in again soon to see what else comes in stock!
