TLDR; Litzas literally told a group of handicap children, dressed up for a formal high school dance, who had their names on at 6:30pm, that they didn't have enough food for them and they had to leave. I just had probably the worst experience possible at a restaurant. My daughter and some friends decided to take some handicap and down syndrome boys to a high school dance. The kids thought to take them here. The kids called the day before to let them know that they were coming. They let us know that they didn't take reservations but we could come in and put our names on in advance. They let us know that it would likely be a 30 minute wait. I arrived an hour early, at 6:30pm with the rest of my family, they said it would be 30-45min. We put their names on and we sat down to eat ourselves. An hour went by, the kids had been waiting up the road and ended up having to come inside. I asked about how much longer and our extremely rude waiter snapped and said at least another 30 minutes. The kids were now in the restaurant. There were a number of tables that would have fit the kids but they were separate smaller tables and even though the kids were willing to separate, those tables were saved for smaller groups. I said let's put them in as different parties and I'll pay any extra at all to make this work for these kids. I said how we were just trying to make a night special for these kids. She told me that I should stop trying to finagle, and I need to work with her more. They then proceeded to sit a table of 12 who had not been there as long. This is when it became surreal, if it hadn't been already. After several minutes they let us know that they only had enough dough for those that had already been sat. Without exaggeration they told our group of handicap children, all dressed up for an amazing night, that they had to leave. They literally watched these kids leave, clearly panicking about what had just happened, and what they were going to do now. Fortunately there was a place close by that was much more accommodating and let us in at the last minute. Shame...

Predatory business practices!

Let's face it: the pizza is average, the service is adequate, and the atmosphere is decent. There are plenty of better pizza places in the area, but if you're so desperate for pizza that you can't take another step, this will suffice.

But that's not why I'm writing this review. In an attempt to satisfy my desperate craving for Chipotle, I made the ill-advised decision to park in Litzas' depressingly empty parking lot. I quickly ran in to grab something to-go. Minutes later I returned to my car to find it booted.

Ummm, what?? Seriously?? That's one way to make sure I never come back. I get that Litzas' is annoyed that people are using their barren parking lot to go to Chipotle, but perhaps it'd be beneficial to address the underlying problem of why people are opting for Chipotle over your pizza, and not alienate masses of potential customers. $75 to get a boot removed is more than enough to make sure I never come back, make me late returning to work, and ruin my afternoon.

If you want good pizza, try Pizza Nono, Pie Hole, or Settebello. No reason to support a business that resorts to such...

This place was recommended to me by colleague. I ordered pizza for takeout. I went there and the pizza just got out of the oven, so far perfect. Manager asked me to confirm if this is what I ordered, and they got the order almost right, there were missing ingredients. Then the manager decided to put the missing ingredients in the oven first and then to add them to pizza but I asked him to make new pizza. They started the new pizza and it came out of the oven pretty quickly but the pizza had again wrong ingredients. I decided to take the pizza because they wasted already one. I live 5 minutes away from this place and after we tried the pizza at home it felt like we are trying to chew a rubber flip-flop. I've just read another comment that says this is probably the worst pizza, and that is right. I actually tried sample from frozen pizza from Trader Joe's before I tried Litza's Pizza and the frozen one is way way way better. If you want to eat pizza Domino's, Papa John's and Pizza Hut are way better options. If you want to go to restaurant and eat pizza go to Settebello or just go to Chipotle next door that...

The pizza tasted great, but we had no sauce on either of our pizza. When we called to ask if we needed to do something additional in the ordering process to have sauce on the pizza, they said it should have come with sauce. There was no apology or offer for compensation for the mistake; the employee on the phone just said, “Hm, that’s weird.” EDIT: Upon further contemplation, I just realized that the lack of sauce could be due to the fact that I ordered garlic sauce with the pizzas. What I intended when I ordered that was to have garlic sauce on the crust or on the side. But it’s still weird that there was no offer for help or clarification from the employees. So heads up for anyone who orders online and wants garlic sauce with their pizza. It may just end up being the sauce on your whole pizza…

Firstly I want to say that Litza’s is delicious. I have nothing bad to say about how their food tastes. Their root beer is a must try! It’s a great place every once in a while. My concern comes to their price. I can’t fathom how 2 pizza’s and a garlic bread come out to almost $70. In no universe should pizza cost that much. The garlic bread is just white bread slathered in garlic butter, and in this case they didn’t even toast it fully. It’s a great little place to eat and the staff is nice. This place is probably better for single individuals who don’t need a bigger pizza. If you’re coming as a family of 4 or more you’re most likely not getting out of here for less than $70

The food here is really good. The pizzas have a nice flavor and crunch to them. The salads are well setup and enjoyable to eat. My only complaint is the speed of service. it is slow and has been every time we have come (10+ times). It isn't just the time for the food to be prepared, it is very typical to wait 10-20 minutes before the server even comes over to get your order. But even despite that we still keep coming back because the food is great and in the end we enjoy the extra time to talk with each other. I highly recommend the Ground Italian Sausage - it isn't spicy - just flavorful.
