My two children and I made a shopping trip from Evanston to Salt Lake. We noticed the restaurant and decided to try it. They don’t have anywhere to set an infant and so I carried her in my arm on my hip. Then they had no where to set a plate like most buffets have a little ledge. She reached around and plopped her hand in the hot food. I let my 2 year old eat on that food while I tried to calm her. After helping her calm down, I went out to the car to get her car seat. I didnt want to do that again. So the waitress brought a high chair, and turned it upside down and she set the car seat on that. I assumed they had done it before. She said to be careful because it rocks and isn’t the most steady. I went to get me some food. And as I started I heard a scream again. I turned around to see my baby under the car seat and the highchair on top of her. She was under the table, and her head lying on the table legs. It room longer to calm her. I could tell she was in some pain. I thought she was ok until I got home. She had bruised legs and one of her ears had dried blood. I’m writing this to just inform the restaurant and others to not do that! Keep the car seat on the ground. My heart hurts still seeing my 3 month old baby until that pile. :( I know the waitress didn’t do anything on purpose, everything was an accident. Just...
Read moreI was the only person in there during my visit yesterday...every time I needed water I had to talk across the restaurant to my server, I tried making a slurping noise with the straw to see if they would notice, however they were too busy socializing. I ordered the lamb samosas where the filling had been dried out. My order of garlic naan had old garlic on only the top piece of bread the rest were just plain. The paneer in my saag had gone bad it was not fresh and it tasted at the beginning stages of mold, no fresh dairy flavor at all. I also ordered the lamb Shish Kabab that had a sour flavor to the meat had no sear from any direct heat and tasted microwaved. I’m addition I ordered a banana milkshake which tasted like sour weak yogurt and little banana flavor. The Shake was thin and warm with a couple of ice chips on the top and had no cardamom flavor as written on the menu. I had to ask for it and they took the shake to the back and added cardamom to my existing drink where I drank chunks of the cardamom pods in the weak warm milkshake. The rice was good and the vegetables on the sizzling platter the kabob came on were unseasoned and...
