One star is one star too much for this hapless pharmacy The staff at this store needs to be retired and replaced. Utter incompetence is pervasive, consistently making mistakes ranging from: not ensuring prescriptions are ready prior to overseas travel in spite of multiple reminders, not honoring advertised promotions, not processing prescriptions correctly, not loading promotional gift card with any value (Kyung), bad attitude - multiple occasions (Jennifer). Long lines are to be expected. Many medications not kept in stock will mean additional delay to prescription readiness particularly if the prescription is dropped off on a Friday or before a holiday. Or you may be told to pick up a partial prescription and come back on a different day to get the remainder (after you park, wait in line, etc.). Prices are significantly higher on some products when compared to competitors. The only saving grace is that it is the only full service grocery store (Trader Joes and Met Market don't count) in the Northend of Sammamish. This is also the reason this pharmacy is the primary place most people go to which is why there are so many issues. Issues that will continue to grow, along with all of the growth in this area of Sammamish. The pharmacy is woefully understaffed in addition to their incompetence. Lastly, I have experienced blatant racism by the staff. So people of color, be forewarned that you may experience unwarranted attitudes, extra scrutiny when utilizing advertised pharmacy programs/promotions and complete indifference to your health care, your concerns and your needs. Complaints to the store management has not...
Read moreThe pharmacy tech or front desk girl named Anushka (spelling?) was displaying very bizarre and unprofessional behavior in front of us and several other customers. She was very loud and asking peopleâs private information in front of them very loudly, yelling across the waiting room at other customers. She also was asking peopleâs relationships to each other about who is picking up their prescription. My husband was picking up my prescription, and she was asking questions that weâve never been asked before in a very loud manner. She also asked âif there were any other disorders or allergies on file other than âââ-â, which she loudly announced in front of several other customers. I am a registered nurse, and I am well aware that she was breaking HIPAA. The type of questions she was asking are not necessary when picking up a prescription from a pharmacy. She was incredibly inappropriate, asking personal questions, very loudly, breaking HIPPAA with not only me, but also other customers. This person should not be working in any sort of...
Read moreAlways slow. It takes 2 days minimum to fill any prescription as they are always out of stock. They also donât tell you, because their communication is at an all time low.
My prescription was sent in yesterday and I didnât hear a thing. So I called this morning and was told my prescription was in stock and would be ready in about an hour. The lady flagged it as urgent as Iâm in a great deal of pain. Well I didnât hear anything for four hours so I called again. Just to be told my prescription is out of stock and they MIGHT have it by tomorrow.
Had they have told me yesterday when the prescription was sent in that they didnât have it, I couldâve called my doctor to send it to a different pharmacy. Now here I am an hour before the pharmacy closes, having to wait another day to get medication that is supposed to be treating my current illness. Two days is too long for acute distress.
I recommend going to this pharmacy if you are not concerned about the status of your prescription and if you have all the free time in the...
