Quality of Pizza and service has gone south. Ordered my pizza online to save time, app says it will be ready in 15mins, I arrived after 30mins and the staff was yet to start working on my order. I went at 3pm on a Tuesday and store was empty so I think staff was just lazy to work. As I was standing near online pickup order no-one bothered to ask me why was I in the store and I had to remind them that I am here for pickup. the guy working on my order burnt my garlic bread in front of me and did not clean the leftover burnt bread from the Pizza Peel. Finally received my order after almost 45mins with completely black burnt crust, wrong ingredients and a weird cheese bread which tasted of only cheese. Asked for a refund on the incorrect portion of the order, but was offered a coupon instead. Unfortunately that doesn't help me since I didn't find the pizza good enough to eat there again anytime soon.    Read moreThe person working pizzas was moving excessively slow. I promise I donât write reviews like that often because I am a really patient person and I work in foodservice myself, but there was one guy in front of me and I am standing here going on 20 minutes of waiting.
The person making pizzas has a very aloof attitude and doesnât care at all how long the line gets, and at one point responded to a customer âsorry about itâ but continues not to move any faster.
