Imagine a Chipotle restaurant style Pho place, except the portions are tiny, compared to actual Pho restaurants. You have to throw away your leftovers into the trash, and it gets real messy with soup. There is no kids Pho listed, but you can order it, but I suggest doing that only if your kid is 5 or under (portions are tiny). This place made me realize the value of the good old Pho restaurants, which have actual table service.
On the plus side, broth was good. Macrons were good (according to my kids).
Suggested improvements: Increase the noodles portions, significantly. Get a staff member to accept dishes near the trash and empty it. Less broth in kids pho and a little more noodles. Bean sprouts in paper bowls is such a waste of paper plates. Please serve them in plastic plates. With just increasing noodle portion you'll win over most of the "small portions" complainers. Good luck!
Update: Did not see a single notice or sign saying extra noodles is free. Not sure you responding in a review...
Read moreThe place itself is nice and the customer service was on point however, I did not like the Bahn Mi sandwich that cost me $11. When spending a little more on a sandwich I typically expect it to be better quality. The meat was very fatty and chewy although the taste was decent, the veggies were okay but the overall sandwich was soggy and the bread wasn't fresh. I told myself I would go back to try the Pho before writing a review but I honestly dont want to drive all the way there to be disappointed again. I'll just drive out to Renton or Bellevue where the quality, taste and price are all great! Also, please dont reply to this to tell me that with your $15 minimum wage the prices have to stay high, it is not true and plenty of places are staying a float and keeping the prices where they should be because again, I ordered a sandwich that typically costs about $7.50 for a...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I came here because I’ve noticed this is a really popular place. The first thing we noticed was that the prices were astronomical. We even took off the eggrolls because our total was over $70 for two bowls of regular pho and and appetizer. We got it down to $50 (not including tip though, which we added even though we self ordered at a kiosk and had zero interaction with any employee) but that was still a wild price. Then we got the food and it was a small bowl of pho compared to traditional Pho (no sizes availible to choose from). The meat was flavorless and the broth was forgetful. No tripe or tendon options availible either. They also only use disposable dishes and it feels really wasteful. No soup spoons either. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. The price does not match the product. Feels like a hipster, gentrified...
