Tea Talk Bubble Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Sammamish

The drinks were made by a clueless trainee who was staring at the ingredients like he never seen them before. These are 6 dollar drinks and a refund was surprisingly refused. Train your employees during training hours and NOT ON A CUSTOMER'S DRINK!!!!!!! It was a shameless no refund policy. Someone remind them that this is America and that type of return policy doesn't fly here. I will dispute this and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Update:

1. The owner has falsely claimed that a refund was offered when it was not. Either way you will not have my money. The charge will be disputed. You see, there are enough customer protection here so people like you do not get away with this.

2. I highly recommend you to change your policy of having trainees practice on customer's paid drinks. You are charging a lot for a drink and no customer wants to see their drink made by a fumbling trainee. If you put yourself on the customer's side and you'll understand why your training practices is unfair to paying customers.

3. Your cashier refused to provide a refund and only offered to put my name on a post-it note. Don't lie and say you offered a refund because that is untrue. If you continue to lie I will report you to more websites. Review your refund policies and asinine training on customer drinks. A customer survey will prove how wrong you are. So cheap you can't even set aside...

We have been regular customers for Yi Fang. When Sammamish location opened, we were so grateful. Our favorite is brown sugar fresh milk boba tea. We have also tried taro, regular milk tea...etc. We like its boba waffle too. The owners are very sweet, friendly, thoughtful, kind. Employees are friendly too.

Recently we supposed to celebrate daughter's b.d. at near by park, unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperated. I called the owners of Yi Fang in a very short time, they made it happen. Nearly 20 young friends and their families showed up to celebrate it with us. Everyone loved and very happy with their drink and food orders. No one had any health issue and no any complain either. They all went back to get more at different times after the b.d. celebration. Other families we have talked to also love Yi Fang much.

We just stopped by to get our favorite drinks earlier. As usual, everything was fine. Therefore we are really sad to see those...

Yifang Sammamish is my new favorite place to get boba! it’s so convenient to go with friends because of its close proximity to schools and generous amount of chairs. the inside of the store is so clean and the staff are very polite, fast, and happily answered any questions i had about the drinks. nearly all the drinks can be made dairy free (even the milk teas), sugar and ice levels can be adjusted to your liking as well. i also love how everything is made with real fruit and organic ingredients, including the sugar :) my personal favorite drinks are the strawberry latte and the taro green tea latte. i will definitely be visiting a lot more. give Yifang Sammamish a try if you happen to be in Sammamish and you’ll...
