This taco bell is a fairly new location with fairly good food tho they are slightly under staffed and short handed they are fairly quick if u go through the drive through. So fair warning if you are like me and prefer to just go inside and order it may take a minute or two due to drive through taking priority and not having enough people to handle both lobby guests and drive through at the same time . Other then the lack in capable employees there's hasn't been too many issues to complain about tho make sure u double check your order just in case because they did mess up on a couple of my orders on different occasions one of which I was charged a lot which seemed more then I order but when I got home found that the order itself was like double the amount of what I wanted . I do recommend there Freezes the cherry one is really good . Other then the occasional minor mess hear and there that need tending too its a fairly clean lobby. Read moreTo be honest I don't usually provide poor reviews but this particular taco bell on bandera has a shift manager that is biased to certain types of people. He's a tall heavy gentleman who will ignore certain lobby guests. These guests who he chooses not to help will remain at the counter waiting to order and he will provide NO sense of urgency to assist. Over the course of 4 months, I continued to observe his behavior since he was the only employee to demonstrate this behavior. And from analysis it seems he provides less service to what you might consider "attractive " people. He will also start to close the store 30 min early while guests are still eating. Also it seems like he is trying to discourage lobby traffic. He starts his shift around 7 or 8 pm and he is usually walking or taking the bus to work. He will intentionally not call my name when or order in lobby or by app. I started going to another Taco Bell where I received better service. Read moreI was here 925-933pm on 5/20. Another order was added on top of mine and I was charged for it. That wasn't a problem as I knew it would be corrected once I brought it to the drive through attendants attention. She called the Manager over to correct the order and refund my amount, then charge me for the correct amount. This wasn't a problem until I asked for a receipt, to which the manager responded with an attitude "oh you'll get a receipt sir, everyone gets receipts here". At that point I told him "I know you have had a long day, just cancel my order".
I wasn't unruly or rude, I didn't confront either employee in a wrong manor and expect to be treated with respect as I treated them. I work down the road and will not be ordering here again, neither will my dealership. Thanks for your top notch...
