Went in for a body mass check in today and saw a baby in a walker right when I walked in. I’m guessing it was the employees daughter, which I have no issues with. If I could take my daughter to work I’d certainly have a lot more money in my bank account but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was your employee seemed distracted and when I tried to ask him for help with my print out (2nd one taken) so I had questions, he just said “it’s at the bottom” (while his back was towards me) this was AFTER I had to take the analysis twice since the printer was off and didn’t register my info the first time. My husband goes to The Rocks by his work and gets separate print outs for each check in, so naturally I thought I’d get two print outs (which is what I asked for). At this point I was already frustrated so I just said “Thanks” and left. I hope my next experience is a hell of a lot better because my husband and I spend A LOT on your products, they work and I’ve had great results but at the end of the day I’m sure I can find another vitamin/supplement store to...
Read moreWent in for the body mass check in, and planned to get input on supplements as I am still a beginner but ended up not trusting the rep and leaving empty handed. Printer was out of ink so my numbers didn’t really show up so instead of changing the ink cartridge or asking me to come back, the rep proceeded to give me a random range of bmr and recommend I eat in a deficit below my bmr when I weight train 4 times a week, and walk on my off days. This is unhealthy and it’s scary to think a person who doesn’t know may listen to the advice.
I’ve manually calculated my bmr, tdee and just wanted a second opinion by using the inscan machine, but instead because I am heavier I was encouraged to starve below my the guesstimated bmr.
Won’t give a one star as they do provide the in scan for free, and can’t rate their actual supplements as I did not...
Read moreWent in to take advantage of the 3 for $99 promotion. As a loyalty member I noticed that $20 was redeemed. I did not want ti redeem my points at this time. Instead of giving me the promotion deal he redeemed my points to get me to a lower price. Instead of paying $125 by using my points I was charged $145. When questioned he told me the oxyshred was $65 when I know it’s $45. He stated the transaction was already done and if I wanted he could take $20 off another product. I basically ended up spending more than I wanted to due to his error. Any other loyalty member that walks in to this location is not getting the promotional price, they are losing their earned points that could’ve been used during a time no promotion...
