This Starbucks is awfully managed. A few times they were closed for unknown reasons, only allowed you to order drinks through the app and thereās always a line Becuase you canāt order in person anymore. Theyāre consistently out of ingredients, get my drinks made wrong and a few times I had questions about the drink and was responded like I was overstepping my boundary. I am always courteous by saying my please and thank yous and having my mask on even in drive through. I think because bad management is the reason why the partners in that location are frustrated. The drink is leaking out onto his hands and then onto mine. The two napkins were nowhere near enough and the drink leaked on my clothes and in my car. Thankfully, I had a cardboard box in the back that I moved it into, but it started leaking thru that too because it was leaking so bad.
