Most of the girls are super nice when I have been to this location, but there is one guy and he’s so rude (there’s usually only girls working at this location so he stood out), he pretends to be nice but got frustrated with me when I needed to return items and it was a long line. He said “you really had to bring all these returns right before we closed” in a very impatient tone of voice… because I had 3 separate online returns. I work late and was unable to come earlier to the store. I asked if he wanted me to get out of line and he actually said yes, so I went to the back of the line. When it was finally my turn again, I went to a new girl who was still learning, and he had to come over and help her and got SO impatient with her. She was very kind and great customer service but he was very rude to her as well. I felt so uncomfortable and upset at his poor attitude and customer service. I would understand if I was being rude to him but his impatience and comments were absolutely unnecessary, he needs to work on his attitude and treating people with kindness and respect even under pressure. I understand that these workers have a lot to deal with during the holidays but if he can’t handle it then he should get out of this service industry, especially when I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful to him or anyone. The best customer service from a young lady, I forgot her name the manager Karen told me when I asked as I was leaving, but her cashier # is 6013423. I hope that helps. She was very helpful and nice. I went to a different location and was incorrectly sized, so when i came to this location to get the correct size, Amelia helped me out and was so insanely helpful with figuring out my correct size as well as price matching for the sale.
