I haven’t gone back yet to see the girls name, but when I do I’ll make a formal complaint to whoever I need to. She was so rude. My daughter and I were in a dressing room, I wanted a different size sweatshirt for her, so I asked the employee in the dressing rooms if they had a medium, her response, “I wouldn’t get a medium.” I looked at her in disbelief and she says, that shirt is meant to be baggy, wouldn’t get a medium. Large is better for her. First of all, I DIDNT ask her opinion about what size was best for my daughter, I asked if they had a medium so WE could determine what size was better. Second of all, her tone and judging attitude was horrible. I wanted to walk out and not buy a thing, SECOND issue.. we went when the flare leggings were on sale, ANOTHER employee (rude) rang them up full price, I realize it before we walk out.. so I asked The ONLY nice employee ( don’t know any names ) for help and get a refund for the difference. She apologized and said that it’s not the first time this has happened and she had to refund earlier today for the same issue. We go to the register and BOTH rude employees are standing by a different register talking about something unrelated and she stops the employee helping me, “what are you doing?!” She explained the situation and the rude one says, No! She got bling those are full price! The one helping me still tried to say no, they’re on sale but she lost that fight to the rude girl, so I thanked her for trying and we walked out. I will go back and update with names within the week. Every store is different, this is by far the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you hate your job and people THAT much, work somewhere else. & to talk down to my teenager like that?! Yeah… no. Everyone I’ve talked to about this says I need to make a...
Read moreI just had the single worst Christmas shopping experience. I ordered online for in store pickup 5 fragrances for $38 for stocking stuffers. I used PayPal to pay, not realizing it had my maiden name on my account. When I went to pick up my order, for which the confirmation was sent to my email address with my CURRENT last name, my ID was checked and it has my married name like my email address. This led to the manager, Amanda (initially called Karen, though in hindsight I think they were calling me a Karen) refusing to allow me to pick up my order. She even made a snide joke about my email address matching my ID and how my order confirmation stating “Milligan” as my last band went to the email address matching my ID. My only recourse was to call customer service and have them send an email to the store letting them know I was who I said I was. I had my husband and two kids driving around the parking lot because my infant was screaming, that didn’t matter. She looked at me and said “this is policy.” An employee called Customer Service and was on hold for about 10 minutes, while I stood there also on hold for 7 minutes. Finally, my husband told my infant was losing it and we had to go so I had to leave without my order. I’ve now been on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes.
Livid doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel right now. I get the policy and think it’s a great policy, however the way I was treated was completely unreasonable, as I had documentation (my confirmation email) with BOTH LAST NAMES.
I will be allowing my order to be cancelled and will never step foot into...
Read moreI went there yesterday with my daughters. I had given here $100 to spend. When she finally had decided on what she wanted she went up to the register to pay. The cashier asked if it would be cash or card. My daughter said cash and hands her the 100 dollar bill. She took it and was examining it for a while and then the other cashier came up to the front. I heard her say thank God you came how do I check if this is fake. The other cashier ran it through the machine and it was not able to verify the bill. The cashier then slid it back to me and stated that it was a fake 100 dollar bill and was being rude about it. She said if it was real she would be able to see the image of Benjamin Franklin on the other side and that by the way it felt it was fake. The other cashier just told me to take it to my bank and have them verify the bill. I of course got pissed off that she was automatically assuming it was a fake bill and was treating us like we were criminals. I left without buying the items. As I walked out I held it up and saw the image of Benjamin Franklin on the other side? I did just now take that bill to my bank because of course if it is a counterfeit I need to let the bank know. It was not a counterfeit bill. I think the she needs to be trained on her customer service skills and needs to stick to...
