Do NOT shop here! Terrible customer service! I came in here to find a dress for an awards show put on by my job annually. I had seen a beautiful dress in their window.I was not assisted, the woman in there opted to speak with the woman who came in after me. I thought maybe she had not noticed I had been standing there, so I waited. Once the other woman picked up her purchase, I approached the counter and asked to see the dress. They refused to take if off the mannequin, and I very clearly heard her tell another associate that someone else was interested in the dresss....okay, fine, if it's on hold say so, or take it off display? So I asked if they could order one for me and possibly alter it because I'm only 5 foot 2, and the dress was floor length. They told me it would be 'too much work for their seamstress', and they wouldn't be able to order it. What? She then told me it wouldn't fit my 'body type' and to find another dress. So I asked if they didnt think the dress worked for me, what did they recommend...? She waved a dismissive hand at me, and told me to 'pick any dress, and we can adjust it.' At this point I got upset and said, but you dont want to help me with or adjust the dress I am interested in! I then left and went to work. Once at work, I told my coworker what happened. She is taller than I am and has beautiful darker skin, while I am very Irish pale. She was curious and since we work in the same mall as the dress shop, went upstairs to visit them. I had showed her a picture of the dress. When she came back she was furious for me. They had oohhed and Ahhhed over how beautiful she would look in the dress, offered to take it off display for her, and offered to order it in another size if it didnt fit!!! They are, at the very least biased to whom they do business!!! Do...

I’ve always had decently good experiences with this store. I first came here for a quince I was in, they offered to tailor the dress (I’m 5’1) the second time I came in was for my 8th grade promotion, I bought a black dress, tailored as well. It was fine but they do say unnecessary stuff. They said my butt was too big and ripped the back a little. I took it as a compliment but a completely unnecessary comment. I was invited to my boyfriends prom. Its not my senior year but it’s his. It’s obviously important. I wanted a simple dress, nothing expensive because it’s not mine. I first tried on this dress that was $100 and something rounding up to $200. My mom made me start asking for prices before trying them on. Most were $300 which we weren’t interested in spending so much(again not my prom so why buy such an expensive dress?) When they noticed we weren’t going to buy anything expensive they started ignoring us and just being rude. Just like another review, another girl came in trying on (what I assumed was expensive dresses) and they were hyping her up, saying how beautiful and what not. At the end they said I should get it tailored and if I wanted to elsewhere because its $75 to get it tailored in the same store. That was completely rude considering the other time they offered to make it pretty and fit me perfectly, and now she’s implying we can’t afford it? I shouldn’t have bought the dress. But I needed something with prom around the corner. I’m not going to get it tailored there and never coming back again. I don’t need rude treatment from these people. Hi everyone, I'm Dad..... Wow my daughter is finally going to her prom. Today I went to get her dress fitting here at Nicole's Bridal and Formal Wear. Reading the review I've seen so many different opinions about this business. I came in with an open mind I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Soon as I walked in I couldn't believe all the beautiful dresses that I've seen that looked like a beauty pageant dress room. My daughter's mother and her came in previous week to pick a dress. I almost cried as I was helping my daughter with her dress on. Knowing this is the first dress to becoming a lady it would be her wedding gown next. Cecilia the lady who started this business back in the early '90s till now that tells you a lot and it takes a lot to keep a business going in this area. She was very helpful and gave good advice on the dress that I wanted to slaughter the length so much and cut to make it more comfortable for my daughter. Cecilia and I talked about the reason for the dress style. I wanted to butcher the length of the dress so it is short for her to walk. Then Cecilia talked me out of it because the length is the style just like a beautiful peacock. We shortened it just a tad and kept it as beautiful as it was made. That day I got to meet Nicole her daughter and her young newborn son. It was 16 years ago when I was in that same position Father with newborn daughter.
