Th gulf coast town center location is awesome! The construction out there makes it hard to find parking but when you do and you go in they are sooooo helpful! My fiancé and I had been shopping for our wedding bands and popped in for one of their Bridal events. They had several other vendors in there promoting their services which was nice but the team made sure you baf the attention you deserved. We started with Sharlene and looked at men's bands. My fiancé was not into the gold and would be happy wearing a rubber band. My ring is rose gold which i thought would be hard to find a masculine ring to match Sharlene took us through the unique designs letting him try anything on he wanted. He found one that was tungsten and a little rose gold that he loved! She went back and forth asking great questions to help us find the perfect ring! Next we went to the ladies section with Danielle. I instantly noticed 3 options in the case that would match my engagement ring perfectly! Sarah, their gemologist, came over and helped look over the diamonds in each one to help me decide which one looked best. While looking we were served champagne, beer and snacks by the manager, Maria! A snack while shopping for diamonds is def necessary. They were ultimately just so nice. They had a great selection and affordable options. Before this experience I would hesitate thinking I didn't want to be "sold" and didn't want to pay too much but this experience was awesome and they will be the only jeweler I use in town. There was nothing pushy or upselly about the process. We are so happy with our choices and can't wait to sport them when we officially tie the knot. Original: Purchased an engagement ring and wedding band ten years ago, very expensive. Beautiful ring, great salesperson. Sales person left and have had horrible experiences ever since. Diamonds fell out of the ring a few years ago and my wife had the ring repaired and soldered together. Fast forward to today, two diamonds fell out again due to stress fracture and the store says it’s due to chemicals. It’s a platinum ring, and now we have to have it fixed elsewhere because they won’t honor their workmanship. There’s not a chance I’d let them have more of my business. I purchased my wife a beautiful one year anniversary ring, with diamonds all the way around like her engagement ring, but white gold. It’s in great shape today. No issues ever. Purchased by the salesman who left Dunkin’s. I would NEVER go to Dunkin’s, I will make sure anyone asking NEVER goes to Dunkin’s. my husband purchased 18 inch rose gold chain & a yellow gold turtle ankle bracelet for me at christmas the chain was 2 inches too long so they cut it, when my husband went to pick up the chain the 2 inches were not in the bag, they claim if you don’t ask for it back they keep it, that is very bad policy the customer already owes all that gold how dare they keep it and not return to you unless you ask for it, they don’t own that gold they have some nerve, i went back to get my two inches from them never got a apology from them, also my husband brought my gold bracelet to be repaired they gave him a outrageous price of 150.00$ when the total cost of bracelet was only 175.00$ i had it repaired at sunshine jewelry on del prado for 26.00$ i don’t know what’s wrong with Dunkin’ Diamonds but i will never send my husband there to purchase any jewelry from there or do any repairs, they also marked up that gold chain i asked for the price they told me 300.00 but when my husband purchased it, the price went up to 399.00 what the hell is that i made sure of the cost because i don’t want my husband to spend too much so they were both 300.00 but they the chain was raised up 99.00$. very bad policy like theft i wouldn’t say this place is not for me. very...
