Kirkland's Home — Local services in San Carlos Park

Will NEVER shop here again. I bought a fall wreath here to decorate my front door with. Once I hung it up on the door, I realized the pumpkins on it were very awkwardly placed and had a large gap that I did not notice before. I immediately grabbed it off the door, jumped in the car and headed back to exchange it for a different one. When I walked in, I spoke to Lisa who asked if I had my receipt with me. I explained the situation and that I didn't not have my receipt I just wanted to exchange it for a different one. She said her system showed that there were supposed to be 2 of those wreaths in the store, and she couldn't find any others. She then proceeded to say, "Well, since you don't have your receipt, and my system shows me that we have 2 in the store, I cannot refund you because I can't be sure that you actually bought it." First of all, didn't want a refund, just wanted to do an in store exchange or have one sent to me from online. And I said, "What do you mean? I just walked through the front door with it." And she said, "You may have just walked through the front door with it, but that doesn't mean that you weren't in here earlier and walked out with it and didn't pay for it." ACCUSED OF STEALING A $30 WREATH!! What a joke. She could have said anything.. She could have said, "Store policy is that we do not accept exchanges without a receipt" - which after reading the back of my receipt upon returning home is not even store policy. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT SHE SAID. She immediately accused me of being a thief. So humiliating. Lisa, you should be fired for your terrible customer service and accusations. So ridiculous. I even called the corporate office and was told a district manager would be getting in touch with me and still haven't heard from anyone....

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kirkland's Home at Gulf Coast Town Centre and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the warm and inviting atmosphere. The store was beautifully decorated and well-organized, making it easy to browse and find what I was looking for.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering their expert advice and guidance without being pushy or overbearing. They were happy to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Speaking of purchases, the selection at Kirkland's Home was impressive to say the least. From stunning wall decor to stylish furniture pieces, there was something for everyone. The quality of the products was top-notch and the prices were very reasonable.

Overall, I cannot recommend Kirkland's Home at Gulf Coast Town Centre enough. It exceeded my expectations in every way and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my shopping experience...

There was no one watching the register. Only after I went to two employees (they were together) and asked for help at the register did I get acknowledged by "Robin" stating, "I thought there was someone there. After I was rung up, she never brought the Lg picture back to the front of the register. I went around and got it myself after she simply said, "Thank you have a nice day." A third employee came from the back after I was rung up. POOR...
