Do not use this company!! First service call was proceeding along fairly well until the service rep announced to us that he was “excited about the project because he never worked on anything this extensive”....he needed to reconnect a tv and various dvd, cable, receiver and a CD player. Further he needed to reconnect these to built in speakers. (He pointed out that a new center speaker was needed which we were fine with.) Unfortunately, he simply disappeared!! Me wife called repeatedly to find when he would return but they never responded. Over two weeks later, after no follow up from this company, I called the company and informed then customer service rep that I would find a different company it the service rep didn't call us back within two hours inform us of next steps. I made it crystal clear to the operator that I needed to hear from the service rep. He did not respond within the allotted time so we called Geek Squad.....they were wonderful and did a great job and completed...

Highly recommend, excellent service. Scheduled an appointment for the dates needed with no problem. Work was completed in a timely manner and just how I wanted it. Darryl was extremely nice and made sure both sides were under agreement with what needed to be done. Even went the extra mile for a request that was brought up...
