Food and drinks are good! And atmosphere is light and sweet. Decoration is beautiful. Got their Bucket Jasmine Milk Tea (50% sweet; recommend) and was happy it wasn’t too milky. Was told that they didn’t have the herb jelly and asked to substitute it and requested for crystal taro bubbles. Didn’t get the taro crystal bubbles and just got the nata jelly and tapioca bubbles. Didn’t mind it at all but they did have a person fluent in English and didn’t utilize her to help with communication with customers. Because when asking about replacement topping for the herbal jelly every time I asked about a topping the person assumed I wanted it when I did not want it. Also got the brown sugar milk tea with bubbles but the bubbles had a rubber alcohol taste to it when first tried. Very disappointing in it but understand it’s grand opening and they’re getting everything sorted out, the time I went was around 7pm so it wasn’t busy at all. Takoyaki and popcorn chicken is good also recommend. Got the fried chicken but was disappointed in how they sauced the chicken. It wasn’t tossed in it but more like drizzled with a spoon/sauce bag. Super crunchy but would be better tossed in their sauce. Biggest disappointment was the hibachi, do not upgrade the fried rice as it’s just soy sauce rice with eggs in it. Everything was overcooked when the option for the steak was medium and the plate was stapled shut with leakage. Would recommend visiting and giving them a try. Just think I caught them at...

Food is decent. Service is pretty bad. Girl at the front desk just seems so out of it and has no idea what's going on, really quiet and hard to hear. I showed her a picture of some chicken they had on their Google and asked what it was, she said she had no idea. Ordered a Korean Corn dog and a 10 PC boneless wings with sauces on sides. Took forever, then they messed up the order and put the sauce on the wings (Mixed them which is gross) so they asked us do you want it remade which we said yes to. After waiting for awhile I asked about the corn dog, (Which had just been sitting out getting cold while the front kiosk girl stood around doing nothing) to which she said "Oh yeah" and handed me it. I watched the kids in the kitchen glued to their phones while we waited longer for the food to come out. Overall good but I wish the chicken was some white meat and not all dark (Not a big deal). Overall might return after a while after they get some people in here who seem like they know what...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming boba/hibachi restaurant, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambience is absolutely whimsical—playful yet stylish—with just the right touch of modern flair. It's the kind of place that instantly lifts your mood the moment you walk in.

The environment is spotless and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect spot for everything from casual hangouts to cozy date nights. The boba drinks are refreshing and flavorful, with fun toppings and just the right balance of sweetness. As for the hibachi, it’s phenomenal—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor in every bite.

The staff truly make the experience even better. They’re incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely seem happy to be there, which creates such a welcoming and positive vibe.

If you’re looking for a place that serves up delicious food in a beautiful, feel-good setting, this spot is a must-visit....

While there are several boba spots in town, none offer the variety that Tsaocaa does! Beyond the usual boba and Korean corn dogs, they’ve got a much wider food menu—including Korean chicken, hibachi, Hong Kong egg waffles, and some really unique appetizers. Their fruit teas and non-alcoholic mojitos are especially worth a try if you’re looking for something different beyond classic boba milk options. We loved the atmosphere—great food, great vibes, and K-pop playing in the background, which made it even more fun as a fan. The staff was kind and welcoming, checking in to make sure we were happy with everything and even offering some recommendations for next time. If you’re more on the introverted side, there’s a kiosk with photos where you can order easily. But if you’re up for chatting, the employees are super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is amazing. Crunchy, flavorful chicken with sauce. The hibachi was delicious and came with a lot of food. The meats were tasty and tender. We ordered shrimp, steak and chicken. Even the rice and veggies taste good. I also ordered a coconut slush with crystals and mango. It was very creamy and light. My kids got the strawberry tea with foam. Both were a nice treat. You could taste real fruit in the tea and slush.when you walk in it’s a pleasant modern organic vibe. There is a whimsical swing inside where you can take pictures. There’s a nice table with flowers and a waterfall. Both whimsical and cute addition to the decor. It’s a nice little place for a date. The staff is really nice and thoughtful. The bathroom is also clean which is a big plus when recommending places. I want to come back soon.

What a unique place. This is a must try place. They have a good mix of entrees and sides. A mix of Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean and American. Everything we tried was great. We tried 2 different types of boneless Korean chicken, Hong Kong Egg waffle, Chicken Hibachi (Japanese), Hot Dog and cheese Corndog with garlic Parmesan fries, and a mango snow ice (similar to a snow cone, but better). They had 2 monitors for self service order and a staff member at the counter. The place was beautifully decorated with unique seating and photo opportunity areas. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity. There’s lots of free parking throughout the plaza and is easy to find off the main road. We are definitely are coming back. Recommended!
