Food and drinks are good! And atmosphere is light and sweet. Decoration is beautiful. Got their Bucket Jasmine Milk Tea (50% sweet; recommend) and was happy it wasn’t too milky. Was told that they didn’t have the herb jelly and asked to substitute it and requested for crystal taro bubbles. Didn’t get the taro crystal bubbles and just got the nata jelly and tapioca bubbles. Didn’t mind it at all but they did have a person fluent in English and didn’t utilize her to help with communication with customers. Because when asking about replacement topping for the herbal jelly every time I asked about a topping the person assumed I wanted it when I did not want it. Also got the brown sugar milk tea with bubbles but the bubbles had a rubber alcohol taste to it when first tried. Very disappointing in it but understand it’s grand opening and they’re getting everything sorted out, the time I went was around 7pm so it wasn’t busy at all. Takoyaki and popcorn chicken is good also recommend. Got the fried chicken but was disappointed in how they sauced the chicken. It wasn’t tossed in it but more like drizzled with a spoon/sauce bag. Super crunchy but would be better tossed in their sauce. Biggest disappointment was the hibachi, do not upgrade the fried rice as it’s just soy sauce rice with eggs in it. Everything was overcooked when the option for the steak was medium and the plate was stapled shut with leakage. Would recommend visiting and giving them a try. Just think I caught them at...
Read moreFood is decent. Service is pretty bad. Girl at the front desk just seems so out of it and has no idea what's going on, really quiet and hard to hear. I showed her a picture of some chicken they had on their Google and asked what it was, she said she had no idea. Ordered a Korean Corn dog and a 10 PC boneless wings with sauces on sides. Took forever, then they messed up the order and put the sauce on the wings (Mixed them which is gross) so they asked us do you want it remade which we said yes to. After waiting for awhile I asked about the corn dog, (Which had just been sitting out getting cold while the front kiosk girl stood around doing nothing) to which she said "Oh yeah" and handed me it. I watched the kids in the kitchen glued to their phones while we waited longer for the food to come out. Overall good but I wish the chicken was some white meat and not all dark (Not a big deal). Overall might return after a while after they get some people in here who seem like they know what...
