Had to stop nearby to get my truck worked on, and my girlfriend was having the oil changed in her Jeep next door, so we stopped here for happy hour. Although there selections for happy hour were pretty tempting, we got two full appetizers to share and had a couple of drinks. I had the fresh margarita, and it was awesome! They didn't skimp on the tequila. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, which were excellent, and followed that up with the Imperial Dip, which was underwhelming. Tasted kinda dry. We seemed to get in as one waitress was ending her shift and another was taking over. Got serviced by two waitresses, but both were good. No complaints. My first time at a Bonefish Grill, and I plan on returning. Update 3/3/19: Came here for brunch with 6 friends and that was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I ordered Oscars Omelette and my girlfriend got the Bang Bang Shrimp and eggs Benedict. For drinks, we both ordered the endless Sangria and flavored Mimosa. Wonderful experience.

This is an updated review after our dining experience yesterday. We were seated, and no one came to our table for quite some time. I was getting ready to walk out, and finally the waitress approached, and told us she didn't know she had our section. She was basically nonattentive throughout the entire meal and nowhere to be found if we needed something. She said she was really busy and the restaurant was NOT full or close to being at full capacity. The restrooms needed sweeping from the tissue paper on the floor, and there was no hand soap. We told our server we had a to-go order, and she disappeared again for quite a while. I was going to put the order in on the phone! I told the manager she rarely checked on the table, and he didn't say anything! Also, the dining floor was dirty and disgusting.

Sam was an excellent waitress who knew the menu and made really good recommendations. Had the salmon (small size was plenty for me) with pan-Asian sauce and broccoli. It was delicious!! Also had to have the Brussels sprouts, which were a big hit as well. Sam was always smiling, attentive and friendly. To end the meal, I tried the chocolate crème brûlée. I heard a woman at another table ask about it. I didn’t see it on the menu, so I asked. I love crème brûlée and had to try it. OMG! It was soooo smooth, with the crunch on top. I will be back soon for more!! I also brought a new dessert home for my daughter, the chocolate strawberry bliss. She really enjoyed it! I ate my meal so fast that I forgot to take pictures, but here’s the chocolate crème brûlée.

I had the worst possible experience and this Bonefish location. It started from the very beginning of our night. We had 10 in our group so we called ahead and booked a reservation for 7:30. We arrived around 7:20 and we ended up not getting seated until 8:05. They took care of our appetizers as a result of this, which made us perfectly happy. We then place our orders for drinks and appetizer, which tasted amazing ! Our appetizers arrive, we finish our appetizers, and we still have not yet placed our order for our entrees. Eventually we placed our order for our entrees and continued catching up with everybody in our group and enjoying being together. Our entrees came within a reasonable amount of time and they tasted delicious. At this point, our drinks were empty several times, we were trying to be as understanding as possible, our servers has a couple other tables so we were very patient with them. Then around 9:15 we placed an order for dessert and we asked for our checks as we had another event to go to after dinner. We received dessert quickly. However we did not receive our checks until about 9:45. While our servers were handing the checks to our table, they said “Please double check your receipts because there may be an error”. This immediately raised red flags for us as we had waited so long to receive these checks. Our checks were split into two groups, so one group paid and left to make our reservation. We ended up paying our check about 15 minutes after the other check. Then around 10:15 one of our servers comes back to our table and notifies us that they had deleted the other groups payment due to the way they had split up our checks. This added frustration because we simply wanted to pay our check and get to our other reservation. Then they took another 15 minutes resolving the checks before we were able to pay causing us to be extremely late to our other reservation. It truly ruined the wonderful...

Came in last night. We left another restaurant because of bad service and decided on this location. It was 1.5 hours prior to closing. We sat at the bar. Bartender was attentive and got us our drink and such on time. I ordered sea bass and it came out the size of a fish stick. Sent it back and they sent out another after some time. Next fillet came out and it was flat and small. For 40 bucks, I’ll stick with Costco and cook it my self next time. Then, I needed to use the restroom. Open the door and there was a female waitress in there. She said sorry as I walked past he to rear stall thinking she would leave. Nope, she stayed in there. So, I left with out using facility. Kind of weird and she want cleaning or anything. We ended up packing up the rest of out dinner and leaving. Now, it a hour or so close to closing time so the kitchen, waitresses and tender were trying to get a head start on closing up there area. Maybe we will be back but as of today, I’m disappointed in...
