Their business ethics are reflected by those on their staff.  We have known many, many of their employees over the years and all were, and are, friendly, capable, well-informed individuals who represent themselves and the company in a highly professional manner. We have dealt with every facet of their business - buying, selling, repairs, consigning, in-person and online auctions - and have recommended Gulf Coast to countless friends and acquaintances.

I read with great amazement the reviews written by people who obviously do not understand anything about the consignment, auction or secondary market value for their items. People undoubtedly feel that their items are worth far above the realistic prices for them, and then assume they are being "cheated" when their imagined prices are not achieved or offered. I know for a fact that the owners and staff at Gulf Coast always try to politely and thoroughly educate and inform people concerning the procedures and expected outcomes of consigning items, the auction process, or direct purchase of items by the company.

I'm just reading your reviews after the experience I had with you this morning the one where you say your a grumpy old man and need to retire I wish I would of read sooner ... You are beyond grumpy you are the most ignorant disrespectful idiot I believe I have ever met in my life ...your nuts as well telling me your a Violent person standing in the store while talking to me about a contract you signed that is right in front of you which was your mistake.... After reading your post just let me clarify things .. There are cameras in your facility and also use of cell phones these days .. Your staff was extremely help full to me when I first got there and your story below is not even close to the thruth,it was because your signature was on a contract that you blatantly were trying to cheat us on and not honor that they needed to ask you to come to the counter .. you were the one rude and insulting and out of control. I simply said then give us our item back if we could not agree you became abusive and then threw the item at me and then I left I'm sure your cameras and my cell phone would confirm this maybe you should watch your camera system to refresh your intake no need to discuss anything further
