In an attempt not to go into a long sordid story, my overall experience with this store was quite well until items ordered (which we were told were in stock) did not arrive when other furniture we ordered was delivered, which was delivered on a Tuesday (their only delivery day). I called the store several times to ascertain the status, but my calls were not answered. It was only when I called from my husband's different phone number that my call was finally answered. If that is not obvious, I don't know what is. I was told that the 2 missing queen headboards had to be ordered and they could be delivered not that coming Friday, but the following Friday of the next week. I had previously explained in the store that we were only interested in items that were in stock as we were in Florida for only 2 weeks and we were leaving on Friday. Was it a mistake not knowing the headboards were not in stock or was that deliberate? I was told they would do their best to get it to us by Thursday. Thursday came and went with no communication, no phone call. We left Friday, have been in our home state now for almost 2 weeks, I have been calling once a day just about every day and no answer to my calls. This is where my issue is. This blatant ignoring of phone calls and blocking out all communication with paying customers is completely unprofessional. I do not understand why it is so difficult to answer the phone and just give an explanation. When is it due in? It's not that big a deal. They must know. Obviously, now I have to make arrangements for someone to be there to accept the delivery. But if someone answered the phone, they might know that turns out we have to be back down in a little over another month, so it might just work out fine after all, but they wouldn't know that since they do not answer the phone when I call. I'm writing this now because I know of no other way to get in contact with this store since they will not answer the phone. If I don't receive a response to this, I will be forced to contact my bank to refute the charges for the undelivered furniture. I may also have to refute a piece of furniture that was delivered since it was delivered incomplete as it is missing rubber mounting pieces for the glass top. Read moreI normally would be rating Bratz a 5-star. I have purchased bedroom furniture in two homes and a dining set with excellent service. But, back in July 2024, I ordered 2 accent chairs and as of Feb. 2, 2025 still have not received them. Initially I was told they should arrive in November 2024. I thought no big deal because I'm not heading down until December. In November I was told they believe 1 chair arrived at the warehouse but because power was out they could not confirm and they would call me back. No call back came. I tried to call them in early December for over a week but nobody would pick up the phone. Finally I got someone to pick up the phone mid December, still told me the same thing about my chair and power out at warehouse but they scheduled my delivery for the week I would be down at the end of December. The morning of delivery I called them to confirm delivery and was told my chairs were not in. Not even one of them! What they heck ... were they just stringing me along? Lynn told me Stanley is backordered and should arrive end of January. Every day last week (end of January) I tried to call them at different times during the day with no answer. Read moreI recently moved to Florida. Bratz came recommended as a furniture store that could furnish my entire home. I went to their showroom and picked out furniture for my entire home. The total cost was over $13,000. The order was written down on a piece of notebook paper which was unprofessional. I was given the impression that there were no issues with any of my items and they would be delivered on time. When it came of delivery day, some of my items were missing or I was told I never ordered them. For example, telling me I never ordered the entire bed set. The king was missing the bed frame and box springs. I told them I wanted an entire bed set for both bedrooms. The delivery person said I was called to tell me of this which I wasn't. I received no phone calls. When I finally did receive a phone call, the store took no responsibility or apologized.
