Like the other reviewer who broke his watch trying to change the battery himself, I did the same thing to my St. John watch and didn't want to mess up my other watches. I took a shoebox and went to drop it off and Mo took each of my watches and carefully noted the description and gave me a receipt with all of the details. I haven't even had this level of attention to detail with my kids in daycare. I asked about the jewelry in his store as his inventory is small, he handmade most of them and explained he uses old bench jeweler techniques. I didn't see anything that caught my eye but as I was leaving he asked me if I wanted to try on a necklace he had recently made. I was not in a hurry and it seemed to please him as he quickly brought it out. His prices are so fair! I didn't realize you could still buy precious stone jewelry at these prices.
