This gym is NOT 24 hours 😫 and when I sat in the lot past 10pm the guards called the cops? I wasn't there longer than 11 bc my car wouldn't defrost 💀 it was so foggy i couldn't see and my heater was taking forever and they really tripped 🙃 😐 😒 that's rude and the staff are cool that ain't the issue it's the location, and the inconvenience of the parking and guards ushering people out like it's not a place to evem defrost your damn car when it's less than 50°F at night? Didnt know you didnt promote safe driving conditions like i aint loitering but of course it seemed that way bc they're power hungry and wanna act like em when they aint lmao ok ill leave 😒 like right when I saw a guard March up to my vehicle for no reason I literally started leaving and this cop somehow pulled into the same parking lot coincidentally? Lmfao really??????? Yeah I love this gym it does have nice equipment but the whole parking lot issue and on top of that ik they're ushering ppl out now bc ppl were and still are using the parking lot as a public restroom 🚻 so it isn't that pleasant anyway when you're walking through the "garage" to get upstairs. Like 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 may as well bring some pet spray to get rid of the urine smell on the bottom of your crocks I guess? And like apparently don't idle your car at night for any longer than an hour 🙃 if I would have just left the instant I'd get in my car and even after waiting 10 min and it still wasn't clearing the windows and I'm outside even scrubbing the windows with anything I have to make it not blurry because of the fog then I would think the guards would have been reasonable but instead they straight tf up just called the cops like without even marching up to me at first and then asking me first to leave the premises. That's where I'm wondering why on earth a pathetic low life would do that? Do you lack common decency to come up to a person and gently ask them to leave without escalating it to the police? Wack. Go at your own risk since the guards at this location have issues and it's probably your best bet to basically dip the moment you get here and risk crashing and or essentially just driving without being able to see and risk getting into an accident since they were so upset about me defrosting my windows at night after using a gym membership I pay for at this mall. Lmao the mall guards...

Unfortunately this is one of the 24Hr Fitness spots that is NOT actually 24 hours. It closes at 10 during the week and has pretty early closing hours for weekends. The equipment is cleaned regularly as are the bathrooms and showers.
Diversified weights but some challenges that all big gyms have:
Elliptical machines - some "click" or "snap" as you step. There are many machines, but some need maintenance and their approach seems more - let it break all the way. Then we"ll fix it.
The water fountains have been im disrepair since ive been going - there are 2 sets of dual fountains and the far right one is broken for each set. Also the actual button to receive water is broken on the other.
When machines do break (seated leg press, hip abductor) it takes a while for them to be fixed.
Medicine balls (the big puffy inflated balls for crunches. Etc) aren't maintained well. Those things don't work if they're not inflated all the way. If they're soft/deflated there's no point - they're not doing what they're supposed to for you.
The staff is either unwilling or unable to change the channel of televisions. There's a television that's been frozen on the same screen/image for over a week - staff seem to just ignore it.
I know the Covid's over but the sanitizing liquid and the paper towels run out often. They're not replaced very often. There used to be a table with those supplies, While that seems unnecessary now, the individual...
Read moreFirst time at this location, and not bad, there’s lots of equipment, it’s more like vintage than upgraded to modern equipment, which is not a problem as long as the machines aren’t broken. I’m not sure what happened to the lockers in the women’s restroom, but maybe that’s something staff may answer, there may be some California changes I’m not aware of as of right now.
I enjoyed my workout while I was here, one odd thing I did notice was the showers have a setting of cold water is hot and hot water is cold, that may be a job for a plumber, if the men at this facility do not have additional jobs and would love to fix these problems that may be another job to have at the facility they already work at or the employees can always find local resources that may be able to get the job done.
If investors are what’s necessary for funding, their employees can always do some research on development, reviews help businesses know where they are able to improve and where they are not meeting customer satisfaction. I personally don’t like bad reviews, but the least I can say is they help businesses get feedback on maintaining these facilities open. When too many reviews are bad reviews, businesses close or are underfunded and we don’t want that if we want to business to thrive and for people to keep their jobs (:
I enjoyed my workout, at least what I used seemed to work fine! Thank you
I give this place between a 3-4/5, I couldn’t tell you what to expect of a 5 star gym, that’s something for the team here to brainstorm with their coworkers! Teamwork makes...
