CFEV is awesome! This is the nicest Crossfit gym I have been to -- it is huge! It is 15,000 sq feet of Crossfit space, yoga studio, spin bikes, and locker rooms. Also, the prices are really affordable -- $95 with the annual contract or $120/month to month. They also do promotions, so be on the lookout.
The staff at CFEV is great too. They always greet you with a smile and motivate you to push yourself harder. I am not an expert Crossfitter so I was a bit intimidated, but they made me feel comfortable and at ease, which was important. Also, the members get along well and have a good sense of community.
If you aren't sure if you will like Crossfit or are scared to try it, they offer free workouts on Saturday mornings. I definitely would recommend taking advantage of this! You can always bring a friend to make it less intimidating.
They have a lot of equipment and it is in good shape. Also, this may not appeal to everyone BUT their apparel is cute, which I appreciate!
I highly recommend CFEV if you are looking to try CF or join...
Read moreI have been going here for over a year now and what I love the most is how comfortable the environment is, a place for everyone. The gym has a full community of chiropractic and alternative medicine not to mention a barber shop.

If all that isn't enough David is a beacon of light in the gym while encouraging me along the entire time. He makes you feel like you are progressing better then anyone in the world. Watching him train someone else can make you feel jealous and that's how good he makes you feel. If you are looking to get back into working out ask for David and put away your anxiety. You just found your trainer and part time best friend cuz he is my...
Read moreBR’s Instagram shows that they take pride in their coaches so I want to leave some constructive feedback from the 2 days that I dropped in.
instead of reading the whiteboard, give me some insight. What is the intended stimulus and how should athletes pace or scale to achieve it? instead of turning straight to the workout, coach the mechanics. There were no positional drills or movement specific warmups. Thankfully nobody in the class got hurt. instead of disappearing after starting the clock, stick around, make 1:1 check-ins, or at a minimum give words of encouragement.
This was only 1 coach and might not be representative of their whole team. Either way, thank you for having me and I hope my feedback helps...
