Ace Uniforms — Local services in San Diego

I ordered a pair of scrubs in June in store. I called three weeks later because I never received my order. After playing phone tag with the sales rep she finally got back to me three days later with a message that read, "your product was discontinued." I asked to speak to the manager, she never called me back. However, I was refunded the money. I thought maybe to give another chance. I ordered a set of completely different scrubs on 8/22 in store. Still waiting for the order. Then I just got this message:

"Good Afternoon Crystal, This is Sharon from ace uniforms I was just informed that your items did not come in we called the manufacture and they told us they only have the pants in stock the top is going to become available on Oct 16. Please let me know if you wanna move forward with your order or if you wanna cancel I'm sorry for the inconvenience"

Simply the worst service. If I didn't call three-four weeks later, I would have been completely forgotten about. I just want one pair of matching scrubs. Very disorganized. Their manufacturing company needs to be fired. Just awful. The sales reps are nice in person and on phone but that's definitely about it.

The place is full of mis matched scrubs. Especially in the men’s department. Before I placed the online orders on two separate occasions. The women said upon ordering:

“Lets see if we have any in stock before I place an online order...That’s weird?! It says here we have 5 in stock, but we can’t find them?! We will just need to place an online order.”
