A clean and nicely decorated spot. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, and that was a relief because my toenails needed help. The overall experience was good, but I was very uncomfortable because my gel manicure and pedicure were being done simultaneously, so I had to contort in my seat to accommodate. I also noticed two of cuticles were cut during the manicure. The loss of one star is because of the discomfort, cuts, and that the gel pedicure was an additional $16 add on to my pedicure price, which I wasn’t aware of. I also have a pet peeve about places that charge you extra for using a card, and only accept tips in cash. Overall, a good spot, but could improve these aspects of their business. I have been coming here for the past 7 yrs. I live in the South Bay but I will always make the drive for these ladies. I can honestly say that they are kind and listen to what you want ( even if it’s strange). I have NEVER had a nail lift since I have been coming to Image. I’m always trying to sneak in a last min appointment. But I’m really trying to work on that ( I’m trying Wendy). I would looooooove to brag all day about my “Nail Manager”. Image Nails is the best nail salon! Great customer service with wonderful technicians.Their prices are comparable to or less than competitors and the cleanliness and quality of service is better than many other surrounding salons.
