I have never been to any Robeks juice before. I was on the search for an açaí bowl. They came up in my search and I went to check it out.
strike one: I walk in and there's no customers, just two employees, backs facing me as I stand and look at the menu. I was waiting for one of them to acknowledge my presence, but nothing. Then another guy walks in and they greet him and motion for him to place his order. I stand there and raise my arms up as if to say hey...I've been waiting.
The girl behind the counter was quite oblivious but the customer said he was sorry and motioned for me to take my turn. I said I wasn't upset at him at all, just blown away by the lack of customer service.
Strike two: I place my order and watch 6 more customers come and go with their orders. I'm still waiting.
Strike three: The girl behind the counter puts my items in the bag and as I grab it the bottom breaks and the bowls fall to the floor exploding everywhere. I looked at her in disbelief and there was no urgency, no apology. Nothing. I said I'll wait as you remake my order. 10 minutes later(20 minutes total) I finally get my order. Management needs to be fired for not training their staff in customer service and how to handle orders as they come. These kids obviously didn't want to be working there. So whatever that is, comes from management.

Read moreThe products taste great, but the service was below standard. When I walked into the shop it was empty, the two employees casually talking. I ordered five items and paid for them right after two more customers walked in. I stated I would be back to pick them up in a few minutes. When I got back they were just finishing my order, putting them in a drink carrier. I tipped them and left. Once at my vehicle, I noticed I never got a recipe so I went back in for a print out. During my drive back to work, even though the drinks never tipped over, my vehicle end up with a major orange stain on my seat due to the lid not being secured at the shop. When I called the shop to discuss the matter, there was no supervisor on shift, and the servers lacked experience in customer service and didnt know handle the situation. Stating to me "that sometimes when it's been busy the lids don't close all the way." I made it clear that when someone's actions lead to an incident their responsible for it, so I'm calling because robeks didn't fully complete their duty and it caused me to have damages to my vehicle and that a manager/owner will need to call me as soon as possible. Read moreThe gal who helped me today was working alone and the place was empty. She was incessantly cleaning stuff and watching for nonverbal queues from me that I was done reading their menu board and ready to order. I'm sure the management encourages their employees to clean clean clea. If you're not blending something or making change. I got the Acai especial' bowl... I don't understand what made it especial' tho.
It was good and my bowl runneth over. The gal made it well and it tasted 👍 great.. Customer service 5 stars Overall 5 stars Only complaint is that their acai bowls are more like smoothie bowls. Mine was legit a cold acai soup. They blend it before they serve it and then they top it with your fixins.
I prefer the frozen ish acai in my bowl.
