Panda Express — Restaurant in San Diego

I ordered the Black Pepper Angus Beef bowl with lomein. Although there was no mention of an extra charge on the menu, or notification from the serving employee that there would be an extra charge for the Black Pepper Angus Beef selection, I was charged an extra $1.25. There was very little beef in the bowl and everything was very oily. All I could taste was oil and black pepper. I would not recommend this selection. Definitely not worth the price. Luckily there are nearby mom & pop Chinese restaurants that serve quality food with fair portions and prices. Update: Got 2 Beijing Beef bowls, one with Fried Rice and one with Lo Mein noodles. The beef was oily and so heavily breaded to the point you could only taste the sauce. The fried rice was ok, but the Lo Mein noodles were oily. I would not order Beijing Beef again. Update: Got the new Hot Orange chicken bowls, one over Lo Mein and the other over Fried Rice. Both were good. Update: Got the Hot Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef entree with fried rice to-go. The fried rice was good. However, the chicken and beef were way smaller than usual portions and the breading to meat ratio was 75% to 25%. We won't be getting a to-go...

My husband and I went to buy our dinner at this panda express and as soon as we came in we saw a costumer lady arguing with the cashier telling her about her food, then I overheard the cashier answer to her I don't care!!!!. Me and my husband were speechless, when the lady left the restaurant she told us , this is a bad costumer service , you want my advice? Go somewhere else not here then she left. We give the benefit of the doubt to the worker (cashier) she came to us she was totally rude the minute she talk to us , my husband didn't even finished telling her our order when she started serving our food really angry , I mean what did we do to her to treat us this way, she slammed our food in the plate very very rude, I told her politely that she should have manners and treat us with respect. She just said to us..... Oh ok!! not even a sorry. Definitely not coming back to...

I love Panda Express but this experience has me questioning to him back. I order the bigger plate, that comes with 1 side and 3 entrées. The picture shown is two of the 3 and it’s barely anything! My 3 entree was put in a a small red box with the same amount. I called the store back and the employee told me that I got the severing size. She then said if I come back she could give me a little more but that’s it. I then asked to speak with the manager, guess what she was the manager. I asked if she could take my name down for the next time I came in, she said no. I asked would I get a new plate and or entree. No was the answer again....
