Cigars On 5th — Local services in San Diego

My friend had to drop her son off close to this shop. She had tried it out the other day and loved it! So much she decided to take me. I didn’t get coffee this time but I had an egg white soufflé that was really quite good.. light and airy with a little spicy kick- very good. I got a blueberry muffin for my friends kiddo and he loved it!

The view here is outstanding at this time of year with all the jacaranda trees lining the streets… absolutely beautiful!

There were some men smoking cigars and it looks like this place has a great selection of cigars and alcoholic beverages…they were having a great time socializing and talking about the different cigars with the owner/or employee….

The man (looks like a college kiddo) was so friendly, helpful and suggested one soufflé over another and i love when they do that if you ask… love and know your product… and they do. They also seem to get a lot of joy out of their work cause smiles are everywhere.

Very enjoyable coffee/treat with my friend— whine I do not get to see enough… you won’t regret it—- i mean really in hillcrest can you go wrong? This place is pretty special though! Right next door is a thrift shop where they have a couple racks with 1$ items…..check it out too!

I had an amazing experience here. This shop is the epitome of what every homegrown business should be using as a benchmark. This family owned endeavor is without a doubt the most kind and genuine place I have ever had the luck to hang out in. Forget cigars and coffee (although both here are amazing), it is the people here that make you want to visit and keep coming back.
