HORRIBLE experience! I got my hair done with Heather, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with my hair! Well, let me start from the beginning. I saw the ad on Groupon, I texted Heather to see if she had any availability. She did, but she basically told me not to but it from Groupon 20 times. I did what she told me because of course I didn’t want her to lose any money from commisions. Then I got there and she was 35 minutes late to my appointment. And finally I got my hair done, I was literally crying for 4 days! I asked for a smooth balayage that looked natural, and what she did was FAR FROM NATURAL. I basically walked out of there with brassy copper color when I asked for smooth blonde balayages. Then I texted her to tell her I was not happy with the brassy copper color and it did not look blended at all, she told me she can’t fix it and I should go get some purple shampoo from Target! And on top, she asked me she would fix it for $25 for the toner! She is the one to mess it up, and asking money on top! Ridiculous! Then she kept telling me she does not have any availability so I should just go get it fixed somewhere else. I asked for my money back, first SHE REFUSED! Then when I pushed, she refunded HALF OF MY MONEY first the following week. Then she refunded the remaining half the next week. She was sending me all of these bills she had to pay and couldn’t refund me. I would be very understanding if she started off right with me by apologizing for messing my hair instead of saying “when we were talking you said you had a problem with your previous hair stylist too so the problem must be you if you have problems with hair stylists” Of course I didn’t like my previous hair stylist, that’s why I came to you for the first time hoping you would turn out okay. I was in the phase of finding a good hair stylist since my previous one moved to Ireland permanently. And you have NO RIGHT OR EXCUSE to cover up your HORRIBLE work with my hair! And also when I called the salon and told them I want my hair fixed because I can’t even go out with this hair, they told me to work it out with her which was impossible since she was texting me pages of texts defending her work done with my hair. And I will attach a picture of it so you can DECIDE! So the person who picked up the phone at the salon wasn’t helpful either, didn’t offer to get my hair fixed with another stylist. Overall, HORRIBLE STYLIST AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE! Especially if you get it from Groupon, because just like this Heather stylist, they will do a HORRIBLE JOB and then go ahead and defend themselves with saying “well you got it from Groupon for so much cheaper so this hair is what’s worth for that...
