CorePower Yoga - Little Italy — Local services in San Diego

I have been a very active member of Core Power Yoga for just over 10 years now. Consequently, yoga has become an integral, essential part of my life. Over the years, I have had the tremendous pleasure of learning from a number of excellent teachers. Since the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, I have happily taken advantage of the On-Demand and live video classes Core Power has made available, but I have missed the face to face interaction with the community and the instructors. Therefore, over the last 2 weeks, I have taken advantage of the outside classes offered by Core Power in San Diego, CA. I am thrilled that I am doing so - it is wonderful to practice again with fellow yogis, the location on the waterfront is beautiful and inspiring, and, most importantly, I have had the great joy of learning from an absolutely superb teacher, a woman who I believe manages the Pacific Beach location. Her name is Laryn. She exudes enthusiasm, professionalism, confidence, passion, and a great sense of fun. Laryn's classes are challenging, creative, and beautifully choreographed. So frustrated! I was headed out of town and wanted do yoga on my trip. I wanted to make sure I still had my credits on my account. Tried calling a few days in a row. The main call center just kept going to a message. I emailed them at the email address their message said to if you need to get ahold of someone. I received an automated email saying someone would get back to me with in a WEEK! Tried to book online and it wouldn't let me unless I had a membership (even though I have prepaid credits). Decided I would just stop in when I got to town. The door is locked and there is a sign saying they are in class. No one to be found. Have taken several classes here. Teachers are amazing here, specially Damon on level 2 class. He will remind you to breathe throughout the class which a lot of teachers forget to. Truly a master of yoga. You will leave feeling more relaxed and grounded as well completely accomplished since you survived a hot yoga class.
