The format of his boot camp style workouts changes from week to week so that you are constantly challenging and engaging your muscles in every aspect of strength and endurance. My constant state of soreness is a perpetual validation that he is constantly pushing my physical limitations. Jon is always evaluating and correcting his clients' form and technique and is always providing variations to upgrade the level of effort for maximal results. I dropped close to 15 pounds and 7% body fat in less than 3 months. Iād been wanting to give weight training a try, but I didnāt know where to start and I knew Iād be lost doing it on my own at a commercial gym. I found Fitness 4ward and Iām so glad I gave it a chance. Jon and his staff of coaches are phenomenal. Every session is planned out and part of an overall training program. They accept members at every level of fitness and experience, and there is a heavy emphasis on form and technique. You donāt have to worry about getting injured here. With consistency and dedication the results come fast and youāll find yourself quickly gaining that confidence we all strive for in the gym. Jonās wealth of knowledge doesnāt stop at weight training though! He can coach you through your nutrition and will do check ins with you on your measurements and goals.
